We've used Bigley Plumbing for over twenty years for both big (HUUUGE) and small projects. They are Registered Master Plumbers, so you get what you pay for (and worth it). Today they came and fixed a leaky toilet after I called yesterday. They had it all done in about an hour . . . Cheers!

Don't let the offer of a senior discount fool you. Even if you ask for it, it may not be listed on your invoice. Make sure you check your bill!

Also, don't ever schedule Saturday service unless you want to pay premium prices.

Called on a Saturday night around 6 pm. Had 2 inches of water coming up in both drains downstairs. They were there in about and hour and had the drain cleaned out in no time. Didn't try adding on any unnecessary work. Just snaked it, made sure it was good and was on his way.

Called this business 6 times to coordinate date/time for an estimate on a home improvement job. Was advised by secretary, ""... expect a return call soon."" No call every returned. On the 6th call (which was a shot-in-the-dark) I asked the secretary if (vendor) was too busy, at least return the courtesy and recommend another plumber for my project. Again, NO RETURN CALLS ... This may be a $1-$2.5 million per annum gross business, but, their concern for prospective clients is poor.
