I just had Don Allen plumbing out to my 95 year old mother-in-laws home for a heater that would not come on. Turned out to be a fuse and some wires touching that needed to be cleaned up.

While he was there she had him do a repair on a toilet the had been running.

He was on time and very professional.
I has shocked when he said that he was giving he a senior discount
and that there would be no charge.

Even if he had charged her I was impressed with them and I will be calling them for all of my plumbing and heating needs from now on.

Kim and Roberto were a phenomenal team! We had a clogged kitchen sink and it took less than 15 minutes to unclog and he provided me with tips on how to avoid clogs.

Came on time , fixed the thermopile as per yelp quote , quick and professional . Provided 90 day warranty for the service and 1 year warranty for parts. What more can I ask . next time any plumbing, water heater issues Iam calling Kim.

I highly recommend Don Allen Plumbing. Kim runs his business with a very high level of integrity and quality. Kim and his team did an amazing job transforming my existing worn bathroom with a broken jacuzzi tub starting to ooze mold to an amazing newly remodeled bathroom with a custom voice controlled capable walk-in shower. Kim let me know up front that this would be the first U by Moen Shower he's installed and there were no issues with the install and it works great. Kim and his team were professional during the entire project and were a pleasure to work with. Kim was thorough in his testing to ensure there were no leaks. When I had a leak coming from the attic the only thing I thought it could be was a leak from the shower. I called Kim and he mentioned the more likely culprit was the AC but he would come over and take a look just to make sure. Kim confirmed it was the AC and did not charge for the visit. The bathroom came out better than imagined. The reason I went with Don Allen Plumbing was because of their Yelp reviews and am glad I did.

Kim from Don Allen returned my call within 15 minutes and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. He came within the 2 hour window and quickly installed a new waste disposal. I have to echo another reviewer who commented that this was the most professional plumbing service in the world. I agree. Kim, the owner, came over and fixed a leaking pipe that another company had charged me for ""repairing"" when in fact it was still leaking. And he did it super quick. He gave me great advice on what to look for. This is a small local company, and they will give you the personalized service you won't easily find elsewhere.
