I never seem to have any good results with contractors- and I dread the process. But I had no luck finding a plumber and was in several waiting lists. I made a call to my insurance agent and recommended these gentlemen . I had been without water for over 5 weeks. I called Dom, and he and Adam we're at my home the next day. After listening to what I had experienced during the TX freeze, they went right to work. I was so grateful to see that they had great communication skills and were honest and open about what I needed done. My house was a mess, and was very weary of it all. Due to high demand, I was prepared for a "sales job". Not the case. They showed me what I needed done. That's it! I ordered them lunch and had to make them stop working to take a break. (I also kept them filled with cold bottled water.) As the known burst pipes were fixed, and the water was slowly turned on i discovered a leak I had not noticed right after the freeze. i could not figure out where the leak was coming from. Dom and Adam finally found it inside a wall where it led to an outside faucet. These gentlemen never slowed down, when that leak caused more flooding. The mess was quickly clean, and the pipe was repaired.I actually enjoyed the day and also getting to know them. I wish they lived in Houston.HIRE THIS COMPANY! You will be sorry.I was sad to see these new friends leave at the end of the day. Strong work ethic, and genuinely nice men. Even helped me with another little problem before they left. I was not taken advantage of with the price. They had NOT raised their prices because of the high demand. Dom has a thriving successful business in New Mexico. He left it to come here for a few month to help people who need it. To him, it is clearly more than a job, it is also a way for him to be a blessing to others. i asked him to tell me his story, I suggest you do the same. You will be inspired to do better as well.I am beyond thankful that our paths crossed.
