Called Dominick to check out a wet wood smell we were getting in a pocket door in our hallway... After crawling under my house and looking around under my master bathroom, he found no evidence of any leak. He did notice that a previous leak I had fixed, had left the ground damp. We use a whole house fan to cool our house and he figured that fan must be pulling air thru the door opening. He suggested a remedy to help dry out the ground that I could do myself, which was awesome! He arrived when he said he would and was very courteous and informative. I would definitely recommend him as a plumber.
