I no longer wanted to use small propane tanks for my barbecue grill so I hired them to install a 20' gas line from a large propane tank already on my property to the grill. When they were done, my barbecue was unusable because there was such low pressure, the flames were too tiny to cook anything (it's doesn't get hot enough).

Both my propane supplier and my Town's gas inspector have told me Richard Domings did not install the line correctly yet Doming's has not even attempted to refute these experts conclusions and refuses to acknowledge there is a problem, let alone accept his responsibility for it.

Even if the problem is unrelated to the work he did (which I and the 2 experts I consulted disagree with), he's shown NO interest in trying to help me solve my problem. I paid $1200 to get gas to my BBQ and you would think that he'd work with me to make the grill usable (whether or not he's at fault).

Instead, once he got his money, he became increasingly hard to reach (while his office staff became defensive and rude) until he told me to stop calling and bothering him.
