I will never recommend this company to any friend, relatives or family. They are expensive, with a lack of expertise, they give a price without even knowing what heater they are installing (80%/95% efficiently) they are not professional, they lied to me and manipulated to me, just to get the job (shutting down the heater and schedule a replacement the day after). I have never put such a feedback on any company before, but trust me if I am doing so, it's because I have never experienced such a low level unprofessional behaviors from the service manager and such a dirty work.

I had a broken kitchen faucet replaced. Tristan did the work, he was timely, very polite and got right to work. He wiped down and cleaned up everything as soon as he was done, very meticulous. I'm really happy with his work and the new faucet. I'd use them again.

Domination Plumbing did work in my restaurant upgrading the drain pipes under a commercial sink and installed a new grease trap a job that cost a little over 10,000$.
After a week it was a leak that they repaired without a charge.
After few months I think it was another leak but we thought it was coming from spilling water while we were washing pots and pans so we did not ca them.
As time went on we realized that the water was coming from another leak and I called them but it was a little after a year.
The response I got from the owner was that it was over a year and I was going to be charged 175$ an hour to repair.
I think we were not treated fairly af spending over 10,000$ with them and I would not call them again and don't reco them to anyone.

The kitchen faucet had a low pressure, I suspected the Faucet was clogged
I called the company.The technician has not checked the faucet ( only the nose) and his recommendation and advice were not accurate.
I showed him the faucet' instructions the possible issues and how repair them, however He refused to read the instructions
After he left my house, I repaired the faucet following the faucet' instructions
The service has been expensive and has not resolved the issue.
Despite I discussed with the manager , He has not accepted the mistake and gave an strange explanation..
Don't care the cost of the service if they resolve the issue , but wasn't the case

Three strikes!

Hard to reach, ignores scheduled appointments, and quoted 3x the average national price on a job.

Perhaps they so busy that they overbid on small jobs that they do not want.

I made an online appointment on Friday for Monday, with Tuesday as second choice on their website. I got their voicemail when I tried calling on Wednesday after no call/no show, did not leave a message.
They finally called on Thursday and quoted $450-600 for a dripping shower ($150/hr labor with minimum of 1.5 hours $150 extra for brand name parts, etc.) which I declined.

I had it fixed in the next few days by another plumber for $150.

I just wish I had not wasted a week of my time on this company.

I could leave negative stars I would.
Moved into new house service boiler light was blinking heat hot water didn't work oil leaked out of one fitting. Called installer Domination scheduled appointment. As appointment approached I called to cancel but spoke to owner Dominic. I explained situation he *assured* me wr would not be charged. I kept appointment. Service person showed up explained everything was OK spent short amount of time answering couple questions and he left. Few days later I got invoice by text and called to let Matt know I shouldn't be charged explained situation *again*. Matt called me back to let me know the owner said I wad responsible since some work was performed.
Whatever you do, don't do business with this company. They're untrustworthy and are out to get money however they can from our experience.
Would not recommend.

I made an appointment a week an a half ahead of time. I made arrangements with work to be able to be home. The night before they informed me by text they had changed the time. I called and said it wasn't going to work for me, the agreed time was morning not afternoon. It was obvious to me they don't listen to their voice mail either because I received a call from someone who was at my house asking me where I was. Bad first impression. It is clear they don't need the work.

We recently moved to Athol and have had several plumbing related issues. Dom and his team have come to the rescue every single time! They have done an amazing job and have been reliable, timely and even followed up after the last issue when the water heater stopped to ensure it was working the way the should. I highly recommend them!

A DIY project gone wrong. Dominantion was there to help me out the same day! I had called about 5 places (4 still haven't returned my calls).... My call to Domination was answered by the owner. He hooked me up. The tech, Bruce, was a really nice guy. Did the job efficiently, left no mess... was a pleasure to have in my home. Will absolutely keep their business card on hand for future needs.

Our heater broke at the end of the winter, of course during the COVID-19 crisis. They still came, masks and all, did at great job, was able to fix my hot water heater, took all day but ended up with heat all for a very fair price! Two months later, bathroom faucet broke, came by the next day to replace my faucet, again, a job well done, quick and prices lower than other plumbers.
