Our water heater started leaking and I called Domco to get an estimate for replacement. They said we will get a service man out to give you a ""free"" quote. Well it was not free. Their man backed into our split rail fencing and did damage. We will have to replace posts and rails. They denied any responsibility. Their estimate for the labor was $2,600 not including the 50g water heater?! That is an outrageous amount. Avoid this business.

I am really surprised that this chain has fairly good reviews.
I will never call them again for anything. The price for a water heater and installation was outrageous.

I had an issue with my shower backing up every time I did the laundry. AHS (insurance) dragged feet for a week and then claimed there was a stoppage that wouldn't be covered. Desperate to get things running again (laundry piles up with three kids), I looked up this company. They had a dispatcher available and were able to come by on the same day. Justin solved the problem (which was rather complex given my home is a 1969 jerry-rigged fixer upper). He took the time to locate the pipes by looking under the house and literally digging like a prospector in the yard to find the buried outlet. He pulled a large chunk of tree root out of the pipe and then made sure everything was running smoothly.
I did 4 loads of laundry to clear the line and took a long shower. Everything is working great! I couldn't be more relieved.
Justin was professional, friendly and had a great sense of humor. Polite and made us women feel comfortable by explaining everything he was doing so we actually learned useful things about the house. Thank you!! Highly recommend.

We had a garden plumbing leak on July 4!! They came right out with no extra holiday charge, put a new faucet on and fixed it right up. $175 charge was reasonable. Good service plus Lauren in the office was so upbeat it helped make my day.
Will definitely use them again.

Dominick, the owner, took my phone call at something like 7pm on a Friday, listened to my issue and assured me he would call me back at 7:30am the next morning. Being a man of his word, he did just that - and had someone at my house a few hours later. This was fantastic and I was excited to have my issue resolved swiftly.

My only point of criticism is that I was told a plumber would arrive between 10am and noon. Around 12:30 no one had yet shown up nor called. I tried to call and had to leave a message. Around 1:30 a team of two did finally arrive. Would have been nice to get some sort of status update.

They were great, fixed my issue quickly and even tried to wave my fee because it was such a silly issue (although their office wouldn't let that fly--and understandably!) Because of the swift service, the total professionalism of the whole team, I still give 5 stars and highly recommend them.

Called Domco Plumbing this morning when Iwoke up to water leaking out of the wall. A cheerful person answered the phone and sent someone right out to me. Robert and Jose came out and immediately opened the wall and repaired a broken pipe in the wall. Thank you Domco Plumbing for getting me taken care of so quick I had minimal damage.

Nevermind that last review.. once they finally come to my house I had all sorts of issues. First, they quoted me 8am-10am appointment time. I had to call them at 9:50am to ask if they were still coming.. I was told the driver was about 10 mins away and on his way to me. At 10:15am the driver called and told me had just been dispatched to me.. he finally arrived at 10:40am. He had an attitude, wouldn't look me in the eyes when we met, immediately quoted over twice the amount that I was quoted over the phone. He told me immediately that he ""was not going under the house.."" even though I explained it's standing room and accessible. I was told over the phone $98-138 to fix it.. Eric who showed up at my home quoted me $350+ to fix it, trying to tell me why the only way would be to remove my toilet. I wasted my time with this place entirely and will not call them again... ever.
