I had Dom and his crew out to my house to remedy the leak under my home. Other companies told me I would need a total repipe but after getting a second opinion from Domco I was advised that a partial reroute would remedy the leak at a faction of the cost of a repipe . I was surprise to see the owner of the company was on the job making sure my floor was not damaged and that my house was as clean as they as when the crew arrived. My house will need a repipe in the future but now I have time to save up. The estimate I received from Dom was equal to his competitors but using copper tubing not plastic piping. Thank you Domco for giving such great service.

I called Domco for an appointment and on 1/23/23 Alex from Domco came and ran a snake through main line. He flushed the toilet and said issue was fixed. He did not check anything like running water, or flushing other toilets elsewhere in the house to see if there were any other issues. My house guest checked the bathroom on the other side of the house and the issue was not fixed there. Alex's reaction was ""you didn't say there was another bathroom"". I said we didn't discuss it when he walked in because we went to the master bathroom to address the issue there. He then went to the other side of the house and tried to run his snake through the cleanout for the laundry which didn't work. Due to the pipe access being under the house and being unable to reach it with his snake machine, he wanted to add a 6' x 4"" ABS through the crawlspace in order to be able to use his machine. They would have to come back to do that. I was not agreeable to running the ABS through the crawlspace and I had someone add the ABS through the wall the following day. On 1/26/23 I called Domco to cancel the appointment because I wasn't comfortable with the whole situation. The issue of plugged lines was still not resolved so I called another company - Global Plumbing and Rooter Service. Oleg came and snaked it also to no avail. He went and got his Aerojet which pushed out sludge. He explained that the snake simply went through the sludge but did not remove it. The problem was resolved with the water from the Aerojet pushing out the sludge. On 1/30/23 I called Domco to see about a refund as Alex did not resolve the problem. I spoke with Brandon who said there was no guarantees, no warranties, for the work and that the amount was ""for their time"". And ""since I was told about the 4"" pipe extension and that solved the problem"" there would be no refund. Adding the pipe did not resolve the issue. The only need for extending the pipe was because their machine could not go under the house and access the pipe that was there. So in essence I paid them $275 for coming out but not fixing the problem.

These guys saved the day, and my ring!

Flushed my engagement ring accidentally... Thought it was long gone, but my husband and I looked up what to do, did what we could, then called a neighbor (a plumber) who recommended Domco. We called at 0840, they said they would be out by early afternoon - don't run any water!

Brandon arrived at 11:30, used his video scope - SAW THE RING - and then worked for 2 more hours with partner Jose to figure out how to get it out of the pipe. We have inaccessible sewer clean outs (thanks to the landscaping) so they entered the street manhole and flushed it out!

Brandon informed me up front of the costs and the likelihood of success. He was courteous and thorough. Jose made great suggestions on how to proceed.

Very satisfied with this company.

Woke up yesterday morning, water under my kitchen sink at 6:30am. Since I am a senior and cannot easily get under the sink to fix it - I called three plumbing companies. They all said maybe sometime on Monday-Tuesday. I called Domco - who said they would have someone out between 8:00am-10:00am. At 9:45am, Miguel arrives at my door. He was very courteous - diagnosed the problem - faucet leaking internally. He said he could try to repair the old faucet - no guarantees - it may not be fixable, or replace. I had a new faucet (Weird huh? I had been thinking of replacing anyway - the old faucet was old), he installed in about 45 minutes. He was very friendly, told me everything he was doing (and why). First time using Domco - but they will be my first call next time.

How nice to have a company that doesn't over sell their product or time. Sean and Sauce proved to me that they are honest and have integrity. I want to tell everyone that Domco plumbing is the place you want, to take care of your plumbing needs. I look forward to seeing Shawn and Sauce as they will be coming back to take care of a job for me. Thank you Sean and Sauce!

I needed my dishwasher to be disconnected and a new pipe for my bathroom sink. Unfortunately the water needed to be turned off but the HOA needs to do it. So I asked the plumber if he could fix the bathroom sink first and by the time he's finished the water will be turned off. He checked with his boss and was told no. I asked him to wait 5 mins for a response from the HOA. He said he couldn't and that he'd need to come back ""later"" in the day because he had other projects. It was already afternoon and I had other commitments. I told him I wouldn't be needing his services.

His company was going to make $700 on the whole job but suddenly had other priorities. I completely understand that he didn't want to wait for the water to be turned off, but I don't understand why a business would turn down my business for the bathroom project. I could have worked with them to come back another day if need be, but between his dismissive attitude and company policy I told him I'll be hiring someone else.

They came out the same day and the technician Brandon was awesome..as was Justin who came next! Couldn't ask for better service!!

Yesterday (2/10/23) late afternoon my sewer pump alarm went off. I called Domco and they sent a crew out the first thing the next morning. The two technicians were very polite and knowledgeable. They explained everything along the way and provided precise estimates for the repair needed. They fixed the problem by noon and I could not be happier. I highly recommend this company.

So we heard back from the business manager who responded by telling us we included false information on the review. One thing to respond back but to tell us we were lying is another. Thanks DOMCO but no thanks.

Our water heater quit working which didn't go well with my daughter. Or me, frankly. Can live exist with out a hot shower every day?? Glad we didn't have to find out! WOW! these guys came out to our house with in 3 hours and thank goodness, this time it was an easy fix.
