We thought we needed our pressure regulator valve replaced (per EID) and called around on a Friday afternoon. Domco was the only one that was available to come out by the next day. Duane came out and quickly realized someone had just turned off the water at the main shut off (probably our toddler trying to turn on the hose). Within minutes our water pressure was back to normal and Duane saved us a big repair and cost. He was honest, helpful, and professional. We are very appreciative and will definitely call them in the future.

I had to solicit emergency plumbing services on a Friday afternoon after I noticed a leak on the side of my house. Fortunately, Domco had a serviceman in the area and he was able to come over within 30 minutes. After arriving, he quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to describe it to his dispatcher over the phone as well as provide me a quote for the repairs. I agreed to have them fix the issue asap, and they promptly came back first thing the next morning. It took some digging and a few hours, but they were able to correct the problem and reshape my landscaping as best as possible to restore it. 5 stars for quick and courteous service. I may have been able to save a few bucks by getting quotes from other places, but I appreciate that they were able to come out the same and next day to fix the issue.

If you need any septic work done, look no further! I recently needed a new leach line for my septic system replaced. It was a pretty big job! Dom (the owner), explained all that was in store with the repair. Dom updated me daily as to the progress and was open to all my many questions. He worked side by side with his guys each day (they all were cordial & respectful). The job was done In no time. Upon completion, Dom made sure I had no questions and reassured me of their availability if I had any future questions or concerns. I have great peace of mind knowing I have no future worries. The job was professionally done.

My tenants in Folsom contacted me Saturday afternoon telling me that the shower would not turn off. I called Domco in the late afternoon, and was told they could not come out until Monday. I mentioned to the person answering the phone, I believe her name was Diane, that I was going to call a few other numbers to see if I could get someone out sooner, as my tenants are two elderly women, one of which is in poor health. Diane told me that if I did not have any luck, to call her back, and she could make it work so someone would be there the following day, which was Sunday. After a few unsuccessful tries, I called Diane back. She assured me that someone would be there, and that they would call the tenants when they were on their way, and would call me (2 hours away from Folsom), once they arrived at the house. At 8:30 am on Sunday I received a call from Clarence, telling me he was 99% sure that it was a cartridge, and asked for my authorization to change it. Ten minutes later he called me, to advise that the cartridge was replaced, and everything was now working perfectly. I can't tell you how refreshing it is to find a company that went out of their way to assist me in making sure that my tenants weren't inconvenienced any longer than necessary. I felt their charges were extremely reasonable, and they truly do care about customer service. I did find Domco on yelp, and saw that many others were very pleased with their service, however I also checked with a friend of mine, who has several rentals. She keeps a list of companies that people have recommended to her for her rentals, and Domco was on her list too. I feel so relieved to know that if there are ever any plumbing issues I can call Domco with confidence.

They show up to fix my broken toilet without bringing the correct part even after I'd told them toilet manufacturer and part issue. Duanne, the plumber said he's going to get correct part and will take 30 minutes. He never came back and didn't answer my calls. So unprofessional for a big company. I don't recommend this company if you need s small job done.

Hot water heater went out and I called Domco on 10/26 (they installed the current water heater) to see when they would be able to come out. I was able to get an appointment for 10/27 between 1 & 4pm.

I called Francine this morning at 7:30 (10/27) to see if there is any chance to get an earlier appointment due to a work scheduling conflict on my end. Her response was ""let me she want I can do and how things are rolling this morning"". She was kind enough to ask when I needed to leave & when I would be back to my home office so she could re-schedule accordingly.

9:20 am this morning ... got a call, they were 10 minutes out. Robert & Quinten showed up at 9:30 am, made the repair and left. They both were courteous, professional and informative on the repair. Great customer service!!

Over the years we have used the services of Domco Plumbing for a variety of plumbing issues at our home. We are never disappointed. Clarence and the other people who have come to our assistance from Domco have always been prompt, efficient, and, frankly, a joy to have around. And -- which we especially appreciate -- no effort is ever made to coax us into authorizing a service or making a purchase that isn't necessary. Bravo all around!

BEWARE!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! OVER PRICED! Terrible service. Grumpy, mean, defensive plumber. Paid $175 for diagnosis. Plumber was extremely unfriendly and mean. Came off very insecure. His first diagnosis was completely wrong. Really had no idea our problem. Just a guess.
