They were very quick to respond and came by on a Saturday night, no additional charge for the weekend/evening. Also no service fee and reasonable pricing. This contractor wanted $195 to """"diagnose"""" a new water heater that had a bad heating element. And another $300 to """"rebuild"""" the water heater. I called AO Smith and they provided me a local plumber that would replace the heating element for $125. Parts was covered under the warranty, so I only had to pay $125 for labor. A lot cheaper than what Dom Bella wanted to charge me. Avoid these people, they are looking to make a quick buck and overcharge people. They wanted $500 for 45 minutes of labor.

they told me that the service call would be $59... Once they got here they spent about 10 minutes diagnosing my water heater having a bad heating element... And charged me $159... They explained that the service call was $59 and the diagnostic was for $100... This company is so expensive they didn't quoted me a price for $1250. UNBELIEVABLE BEWARE OF THIS PLUMBER

I found them to be expensive, shop around. Estimate was very high, had to pay for the estimate is I didn't do the service. Found another company much less expensive even with paying for the estimate from DonBella.

Alex was very professional and very friendly. He had to work in a rather tight spot between my hedges in order to change the main ​shutoff valve to the house which had rusted through and hose attachment ​which was broken​ and wouldn't turn off. He arrived on time, completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up the area nicely.
