Sink flooded and I requested a late night quote (10 pm). This was the only service that replied with the possibility to visit right away. In less than 30 minutes the plumber was at my house working. Finally the sink started draining again. Unfortunately the issue was not fully solved because it was too clogged, but I appreciate the detailed information and possible long term solution the plumber gave me. Hopefully I'll be able to call them again for that.

Paid $1230 to get our Well Pump replaced. They came on Wednesday to replace it and on Thursday it was not working. Have tried calling dozens of times to no avail. I went to the address I found online and it is a residential home. A woman answered the door and said there is nothing they can do because it was working when they left and that she would tell her husband to call me and still have not heard anything. Do not do business with these scammers. I will be filing a claim with my bank and filing a police report, this is theft!

We had a broken pipe fitting at our tankless water heater which caused a leak late at night. We were looking for a 24 hr plumbing service to help us and Lazaro answered our questions very late at night and helped with the situation over the phone. The very next morning he came to our house and took care of the issue. We were in need of a bigger water heater as the tankless one we had was too small for the size of house and could not be upgraded without a complete electrical overhaul. Lazaro immediately resolved our issue and went to pick up the new water heater for us. He was extremely professional and responsive. He installed the new water heater and also a watts pump which helped to get the water to the end of our house quickly. This was a great upgrade. He also removed the plumbing mess that was created under the previous owners of the house. I would highly recommend Dolphinz Plumbing. He did an excellent job and was attentive throughout the process. He also cleaned up the areas to make everything spotless. I am very happy with the results. You will be very happy with his service, sense of urgency and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Sent a quote request through Yelp, got a response quickly. After a few back-and-forths, scheduled someone to come take a look at the work that needed to be done and give a quote. I received the email confirmation of the appointment and it did not have the correct scope of work noted and seemed to suggest that the appointment was to actually do the work rather then just provide a quote. After a bad experience of scheduling the work without first getting an in-person quote, leading to what should have been a $175 job costing over $700, I've learned my lessons about that. I sent a Yelp message to Dolphinz clarifying the scope of work and that this appointment was just to provide a quote, and an hour or so later, I received a notification that my appointment had been completed (this was hours before my scheduled appointment). I attempted to follow up via email and through Yelp to determine what happened, but I received no reply and no one showed up during our scheduled appointment time. I'm assuming this company did not want to come out to provide a quote, only to do work, but they did not have even the courtesy to tell me that or reply to my questions to clarify. In retrospect, I'm glad this happened as if this is how they treat prospective customers, I'd hate to see how they treat you once they have your plumbing torn up and you have no choice but to have them finish the work at whatever price they decide they want to charge you.

We got surprised with a $900 water bill which clearly had to be a leak. Called Dolphinz Plumbing and got same day appointment with a reasonable quote for the leak detection in comparison to other companies that couldn't get me an appointment for 3 days. Arrived on time and after an extensive search found the leak. Fixed the problem on the spot at a fair price for the time spent getting the job done. Would definitely recommend.

Overconfident plumber. Appointment was at 9:30. Came out at 2:30. Spent 4 hours to find knocking sound in the pipe. Tried many things. Left w/out fixing the problem. Received $195 service charge. You decide.
