There was a clog down from the outside 4"""" sewer clean out line. Called James owner of Dolphin Plumbing for a quote to snake the line to open the clog (4pm December 26). He said $120, need to see it first if more. At arrival (5:30 pm) No Fee was discussed again, he snaked and opened the line with no complication. Less than half an hour job. He asked for $460?!! """"Not Good Business"""". We settled on $300 to get him off my back. It was a """"Rip Off"""". Do not recommend.

Want to highly recommend Dolphin Plumbing if you need a plumber! James came out today, installed a new faucet, fixed some other issues we had with water lines and our main water shut off. So friendly and efficient! Answered a bunch of questions we had and gave us some great information. Job site was left neat and clean and he explained all he did. I would not hesitate to use him and will be again in the future!

We had a hot water heater go out on us. They came out from the Duke Energy program we had. They called within 5 minutes after getting our appt. They were so courteous, professional, knowledgeable. They replaced the old water heater and it was cleaned up too. I would definitely recommend and will use them again.

Wonderfully easy and convenient! I called and got an appointment the same day for a running toilet. The technician was communicative, explained things easily, and was friendly. The price wasn't exuberant either. I'd definitely use this company again!

James is always very quick to respond and always very helpful. He came out and helped with some plumbing that got back up at a vacation rental and even went above and beyond to help clean up the mess inside so my guests didn't have to. We have used Dolphin plumbing for 10 years and always been satisfied.

This is an incredible company to deal with. Got recommendations from neighbors who were blown away! We live in 1925 house which is mostly original w a long history of plumbing disasters....our tec, Joe, came out exactly when promised, bid job, did job, all exactly as promised w heads up all the way. So impressive in this day and age. You can really trust these people.
