Company sent a plumber out for a drain blockage through a home warranty company. This plumber fixed the stall shower drain, ran a snake through the system, but neglected to check the other bath. Days later the other bath toilet almost ran over and when I checked the shower there was fecal material in it. They sent the same guy out to check on continued problem and he was going to talk to the company about an estimate for a root problem not covered by warranty. In the mean time I took off the screw on drain plug and pulled out hair out of the extra bath. They sent another plumber out who checked the system admitting he would have checked both baths since they are connected. He then opened up the valve showing me the flow was good into the septic with no backup or need for pumping.

Never used this service and I never will. This asshole backed into my car in a parking lot and since the damage was very minimal I was going to let it slide but the asshole said I backed into his raggedy ass work truck when clearly all the witnesses said he backed into my car which at the time had all 5 of my kids in there. Without even trying to talk to me or even offer some assistance to fix the minor damage the asshole got back in his van and drove off. What a piece of shit. Karma will come back to bite your ass real good you just wait and see

Don't have this company do any work in your neighborhood. They turn off our water without tell us, working next door. When we asked what was going on the put the phone down on us. When we called back to ask how long, they put the phone down on us.
When we first ask if he had turn off our water, he said no, the fire department did it. Not true. The city said the fire department doesn't do that.
Rude, and uncooperative. He's off my list and hopefully our next door neighbors won't use him again.

My garbage disposal of 11-years started vibrating. Upon inspection, I saw that one of the two swinging blade rotors was frozen; the imbalance was causing the vibration. I called Total Protect home warranty which set up an appointment with ""$55 Sewer and Drain,"" out of Rancho Cordova, CA. Glen, from ""$55 Dollar Sewer and Drain"" responded. After paying Glen the $125 deductible, he inspected my garbage disposal and told me my sink's thin metal did not support a 3/4 HP disposal unit. He then told me he could replace my unit with a 1/2 HP unit that he had out in his truck. When I told him I wanted a 3/4 HP, he said he would have to order one and come back another day. The next day, my disposal started heavily leaking water. Upon calling Glen to advise him of the water leak and to ascertain if he had obtained my new 3/4 HP unit yet, he told me Total Protect had denied my claim because by trying (with my fingers) to try and free the frozen blade, I had voided my claim. He then offered again to replace my 3/4 HP unit with his in-stock 1/2 HP unit. Believing my claim was denied and having no other option, I reluctantly agreed and an appointment for the following day was made. The next day, Glen never showed up and repeated calls to ""$55 Dollar Sewer and Drain"" have gone unanswered. Upon Calling Total Protect, I was informed that my claim HAD NOT BEEN DENIED. Furthermore, Total Protect quickly sent another company (Main Street Plumbing) who promptly, professionally, and courteously replaced my disposal with a 3/4 HP unit. Furthermore, the plumber who replaced the unit stated whomever prior inspected the disposal did not re-tighten the flange bolts which caused the leak. He also told me he is not aware of any sink's metal being too thin as not to support a 3/4 HP unit.

Just so you all know..this company does not charge 55 dollars for all the work they do. They come out and bring the tools to work and that's 55 dollars. Knowing now what I didn't know then I'd say I'd still use this service. Why? Because although misleading somewhat, the service is great. They came out, did the job, and they did it quickly. Thanks!

Had the owner is this company to come to my condo and look at my sink. I had to move my car to be accommodate him out of courtesy. While I was moving my car he proceeded to the condo where the owner was in the house. He asked who was paying and said he did not take credit. Which is fine had he waited 3 minutes I would have told him I had a check. He proceed to leave. I called Him and asked why he left, said I don't take credit. I said I was going to pay with check. Since he left I told him thank you for your service's. ( that i did not get). He then said F*uck You and hung up. Now I have used this man for many years for plumbing issues. Today no more and ask everyone to not use him either.

First thing to know is it is not $55 to have a drain cleared!
The company got back to me right away, which I appreciated. The plumber, Glen, showed up right on time, which was nice. However, right away he said it would be $100, and more if I paid by check. What? That was not shared in the phone call or in several text messages. He said ""yeah, it's bait and switch, but we have to or nobody would call"", nice. He tried a few other manipulative tactics, but in the end he cleared the drain in 20 minutes for a $100 check.
Just be aware.

So I had a home warranty that was provided to me during the purchase of my house. HAD being the operative word after the results of this service call. I had a friend of mine move my cable and directv wiring and while he was in the crawl space he noticed a water leak under my kitchen. I filled out the online service request form for a plumbing call and was contacted a day or so later by the scheduler from this company. I let her know that there wasn't a crawl space option so I had picked basement originally but the leak was in the crawl space. Now mind you, my crawl space is fairly pleasant as far as crawl spaces go because my lot slopes. The end of the house where the leak was located would require some actual crawling but it isn't horrible. So this scheduler seemed very concerned about the location and told me she would have to call me back. When she called back, she wanted more details about the crawl space and stated that if it was too small the plumber wouldn't fit. She said he would come and check it out. I got the feeling that they weren't really interested in making this call but I thought I would reserve my judgement.
On the day the plumber arrived, I described the problem and took him down to the crawl space. He went in and checked it out. He said it looked like an icemaker line, which was odd, as I didn't have water to my fridge at the time. He came up and checked out the kitchen, looking under the sink. At that time he said that it looked like my dishwasher hadn't been installed properly. He then said he had to make a phone call. He left the house and got into his van and got on the phone. About 10 minutes later, he came back to the door and asked me if I had a water shut valve for the house. I said yes and he began saying something about having to go to court due to issues with another client relating to not having a water shut off. He then got back in his van and continued his phone conversation. I went back into the house as I work from home and needed to get some stuff done. I waited about 15 minutes and went to see if he was still on the phone when to my surprise, MY DRIVEWAY WAS EMPTY....Yes that's right folks..HE LEFT...without so much as a thanks, a sorry I can't help, a hey can you pay me my call fee......I received a phone call from some customer service person from my warranty company saying that it wasn't a covered service and that I was on my own....oh and by the way...the plumber says you should get a shut off valve.....WHAT???? Talk about unprofessional! I personally don't think that they ever wanted to do the job in the first place as the chubby plumber didn't want to crawl around in the crawl space to take care of the job. Thank goodness I know an actual professional plumber who does actually do the job and talk to you about what you need and how it should be taken care of. So for the 10 actual minutes he looked at my plumbing, I still had to pay my $60 call fee per my home warranty...which I had to mail in since he didn't bother to come back and collect the cash that his scheduler had told me to have since he wouldn't want to drive around with my credit card information all day. Would I EVER have this person back to my home??!?!?! Not on a dare. I'm glad other people have had a better experience...just don't need service in your crawl space apparently. Oh and I didn't renew my home warranty....if this is the kind of service people they send, I will take my chances.

great service and very friendly!! We thought we were going to be in trouble since we had no water but they came out and fixed our problem...

I have used them twice now. Each time they were here in a reasonable amount of time, and fixed my clogged main drain fast. I was told up front on the phone upon scheduling what the estimate would be, and warned that if it were worse in person or required more time, the man coming out would let me know. Super friendly. I even recommended them to my neighbor when their washer backed up. They had a pleasant experience as well.
