Charged me $600 for a tub faucet, My water was off and it was Friday afternoon. They knew my water would be off all weekend if I did not pay (no other plumbers available). It started leaking about a week later. I called Barnett Plumbing and they replaced a part for a little less than $200.

I used Dollar Plumbing last year to fix a leak for my refrigerator water line. I called and spoke to someone friendly that set up a very quick appt with a one hour window. They showed up in that window (I know... amazing right that a company now-a-days shows up when they say they are). They quoted me a fair price and fixed the line and it looked perfect and it has not leaked since. It's basically what you would ask for from plumbers. So last week, my cheap sink plastic pipes that were never installed right when I had the kitchen re-done started leaking and basically fell apart. I called guess who? That's right! Dollar Plumbing. They wanted to make an appt that day but I wasn't available so they set up a one hour window the next day. They show up in that hour window again and let me know my options and costs. They then replaced all the pipes under the sink with a new higher grade pipe and once done they shows me what they did. It looked perfect and there were no extra costs. They ran water and disposal for awhile to check their work too. Very friendly and professional. They will be my plumbers as long as I live in the Bay Area. Thanks Dollar Plumbing! WHOOT!

I had set-up and appointment for next day and was told to expect a technician between 9-10am. I called at 10:30 am as no technician and I had not heard from anyone. Imagine my surprise, and annoyance level, when they told me I am not even in their schedule for the day. Just wasted my morning.

I would recommend Al without reservations!

We tried to get bids to re-pipe our house from 5 plumbers...NONE of them wanted to do it because it had some things that made it complicated. Then the day came that our entire house was backed up because the pipe from the main was filled with tree roots and had broken. It's a long story how we found Al, but he KNOWS what he's doing...no challenge was too great for him and he has the equipment and expertise to do the job well.

Al and his crew were thoughtful, professional, came on time, cleaned up every day and worked from early till late to get the job done. He is also very responsive if you need him to come back to check something.

We had the entire main pipe to the street replaced and installed an outlet at the street, so now the city will take care of maintaining it... we had our entire house re-piped with copper all of the way to the water meter.

In December a water pipe broke in my back yard that was flowing like Niagara Falls...I called Al and within an hour he was at my house and fixed it...

No doubt about it...Al's the man!!

Al came out same day as my initial call into Dollar Plumbing to give me a quote on the work I was requesting. Al ended up beating his competitors quote and was able to handle the job the next morning. All looks to have been completed correctly and the work appears to be quality. Let me first say when it comes to having someone come to my house to fix anything TRUST is a must and within the first 5 minutes I could tell Al is a trustworthy individual that takes great pride in his work.
I was in a bind and had a serious clog coming from the washing machine drainage pipe in the garage. I needed someone to come out rite away so I started searching Yelp and found Al at Dollar Plumbing.
After reading so many great reviews I felt confident these guys would get the job done at a fair price. Let me say since I know nothing about plumbing I was extremely pleased with their service and had no doubt that Al was a HONEST EXPERT. Within a couple hours the problem was solved and to tell you the truth the drain in the garage and kitchen drain perfectly and better than they have in the last 10 years. Great job guys. I really appreciate it. Now I have a plumber I can trust.

Twas the Friday afternoon before Christmas ..... and the pipe below the kitchen sink breaks. Dollar Plumbing answered my call on the second ring. They arrived as promised a little after 5:00. By 7:00, they hadn't finished replacing and testing the decayed pipes below the sink, all for a reasonable price. They even enjoyed the company of our dog. What more could we ask for?
