Thanks to Darrell and his crew for coming out late last night in the middle of this brutal winter weather and repaired our gas line due to a leak and we were able to have heat. Very quick response and great customer service. Will be using Doll House Umbrella again.

Ok people and work well done. People gas cut off my gas because of leak. Leak was found and repaired within 3 hours of me calling this company.

Avoid at all costs! Darrell Patterson came to repair a leaking washer and subsequent water damaged ceiling. He came quickly which was appreciated. However we asked and paid for him to do some work in our bathroom (new vanity and backsplash, painting and new faucets). Half way through the job (which was poorly done) and after repeated promises to return and complete the work (which had been paid for) he stopped responding to messages and emails. My last contact was when he accepted fault, offered a partial refund and to come and finalize, but all lies. He has left our bathroom incomplete and unusable. Terrible. Avoid at all costs!!

Stole money from me and refuses to send return despite saying that they would!!!

Mistakenly sent funds to this company instead of my electrician. They ignored my calls, but answered for my electrician. Admitted they received the funds and they weren't there's. Stated that they were going to return and now aren't answering calls/texts and I do not have the funds.

I hired Darrell of Doll House Umbrella Corp (or whatever fake name they use) to expand my concrete patio.

They started the job, took my money, and Darrell and his 'company' vanished. No permit was ever acquired, he routinely told me things that were easily disproven by the city building office, lied about days/times he would continue the job, and he clearly had never intended to return to my property to finish what he and his 'employees' started.

Since they did *some* work, I politely asked for just half my money back. I paid $2,000 total, so I only asked for $1,000 back. He said he would pay it back, but as you can expect, I never saw a dime because he lied about that, too.

The photo I am attaching to this review is how he left my property. It sat like this for 45 days before I finally pulled the plug and spent even more money with a reputable company to get the job done.

Darrell and his 'company' is a sham. Take your business and money elsewhere, unless you like to just give money away.

After the initial project, I hired Darrell to install two shower doors. The install was fine, a few weeks after my wife and I noticed the sealant that was used started to turn pink, and water was seeping from underneath. Darrell told me after the initial completion there was a one year workmanship guarantee. We schedule a day and time for him to come out two weeks ago. He did not show up, and his not responded to my calls or text since. I am moving on.

I hired Quincy to install the ceiling tile in my basement. The new tiles were replacing some that were damaged, yellowed, and the rest were frankly just old. My husband and I had already removed the previous tiles, leaving the ones that needed to be trimmed as a guide for trimming the new tiles.
He spent about 4-5 hours working and had told my husband that some just wouldn't fit right. He left after getting paid. (our mistake) After I looked at the tiles that wouldn't fit. I noticed it was because they were weren't cut straight, which I pointed out to my husband. So we called Quincy, then emailed and discussed the issue with the cutting and he said he would come back and fix the tiles. I scheduled an afternoon off work this week for the agreed upon time for Quincy to come and repair and he was a no show. Nor did he even answer the phone or return our numerous calls.

So, because of the crummy job, the failure to rectify the shoddy work, p us the cost of more tiles, AND the fact that it also cost me a half days pay, , I'm rating him in the negatives and cannot recommend him for any work.

Although he texted me about a refund and posting on Th e original review, I have not received a penny of the promised ""refund"".

This is the 1st time I had plumbing issues in my home. As soon as I posted on yelp, Darrell responded in less than 30 minutes. He came out and thoroughly inspected my toilet, clean out, & crawl space free of charge. He was very kind and knowledgeable and also warned me of people who take advantage of young women like myself when it comes to plumbing work. He assessed a very fair price for the problem however he wasn't able to complete the job in spite of spending hours trying by himself in two days. He told me he wasn't going to charge me In spite of all the time he spent really trying his best to fix the problem. Thank you I really appreciate your honesty and hard work!!

My tub in my main bathroom was backing up clogged. I Put a message on yelp to get a quote from several businesses that would come and fix my issue. I got a response back from this company within 10 minutes. And it was a very reasonable quote. Darrel was very professional.. He was very knowledgeable about everything that was going on and I truly appreciate him. I will definitely be calling them back in the future for more work. Oh and he was very quick.

I was very impressed on how knowledgeable this company is in so many different areas. They came out for a issue I had with my plumbing, but not only did they fix my plumbing, they installed 3 gfi outlets for me, 2 new lights, and replaced all my interior doors. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! Great customer service and the employees go above and beyond for their clientele. Thank you guys again for everything!!!
