We been without Heat over 3 Weeks! We have a 5 Month old Grandson , and 2 other Grandchildren's between 7-9 Years staying with us! 3 weeks ago, 2 Guy's from this Company come, I watched from my window when they pulled up , one was throwing his trash into our Yard , when he got out of the car. They arrived at 2:10 PM They pulled everything out of the Heater /Furnace and on and on, than at 3:15 they was saying they need to order Parts, asked me for 160$ , what I did had at home as Cash! Never toked the 78$ of from the internet how we found them, even I did telling them! They told as /me we will call, soon the Part's are in , We been calling , each time a Lady on the phone saying she let them know, never get a phone call back, last week, they was saying they need to order the part's, than again nothing, This week / today again , they need to order the Part's and it will be 240$ for the Parts and 200 to put in! If you are a professional you know where the part's go! And it would not take you longer than a half hour! But let's me know this Company really is a rip off! We will put a complain in by the Consumer Bureau in that time of this 3 week's 2 of our Piranha's died , they staying in the basement and it is way to cold in the Basement, our little Grandson of month's been having a cold , let's see what the Doc has to say we will put all that with the complain by the GOV! And 'No we are not in Cali we are from right here in Michigan City, do not hire that person is a very bad company, do not go by they word! Do not trust! And for sure do not be Black!

I wish there were more than 5 stars to give. If you have a plumbing issue anywhere in the area they service, call DOMINICK. This man works miracles. He went so far above and beyond his job for us that there's not enough recognition in the world to give him what he deserves. My toddler flushed a family heirloom watch down the toilet. Dominick worked tirelessly to retrieve it, came up with creative options to give us a glimmer of hope (while also tempering our expectations), explained everything to us along with the intricacies of plumbing, was very up front about costs. and was rejoicing right along with us when he finally found it after 3 days of searching. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. We used this guy for a large job, which included heating and some plumbing (which he claimed he could do). He was not punctual, wouldn't show up on the days that he was supposed to be there AND we also had to pay someone else to come and fix his ""work"". Thank GOD we figured out he was clueless before we had him touch the heating/cooling system!
