We had a kitchen sink that was backed up and would not drain. Called Friday morning and they gave me a window between 12:30 - 3:30. The associate (Jason) showed up right at 3:30. After about 30 minutes the problem was fixed. Jason was extremely professional, friendly and answered all of our plumbing related questions without making us feel dumb, in fact he took the time to fix a very small problem with the master bedroom sink. All and all Dolcini Plumbing exceeded my expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to family and friends.

I am a single mom running a busy household. Dolcini's just finished installing a new toilet and I realized I should post: I call these guys four or five times a year. They are trustworthy, timely, considerate and most important: HONEST and SAFE. I am very hesitant whom I allow in my home. Dolcini's is simply a good company run by good folks.

We have been using Dolcini Plumbing for over a year and couldn't be happier. The first call was to address a faucet that had been 'replaced and then repaired' by a competing plumber. Eugene showed me where it looked like the former plumber had likely not used new materials and that is why faucet had repeatedly failed. Eugene put in new pieces and we have had no issue since then. We recently bought a rental house and had Eugene out to replace sinks and toilets as needed. He is unfailingly prompt and professional. He even helped me with automatic watering stations in our horse barn. I just called them this morning re: a leaking water heater in the rental unit and they will be out this afternoon. This is an all purpose and excellent group of plumbers and I highly recommend them!

I was very impressed with my first Dolcini experience. I've used another highly rated plumbing service in town twice, only to have poor follow-up on both occasions and the feeling of being ""nickeled and dimed"" along the way. My water heater suddenly stopped working yesterday, so I called a different highly rated plumber first and never got a call back. I thought I'd give Dolcini a try, even though they didn't have as many Yelp reviews as the other two competitors, and I'm very pleased that I did.

Eugene came out the same day I called, and was on time as promised. He was very professional and friendly, he walked me through the repair work needed with transparency on the pricing up front. About 30 min later, my water heater worked again, I understood the repair that was done and there was no upselling or extras added to the final bill. He even recommended that I contact the manufacturer for reimbursement since the water heater was still under warranty and gave me some references for other work I needed around the house. It was more like dealing with a friend of a friend, someone looking out for my wallet, than the traditional plumber experience.

Quality, reliability and honesty go a long way in my book. Plus, I like that Dolcini is a family run business in Petaluma for over 30 years. Highly recommended!

I had a leaky faucet and my toilets would run at least once a day. I called Dolcini and was given a reasonable quote over the phone. Eugene came to my house on time and was really nice. He took the time to look over everything and answer all of my questions. He fixed everything quickly and ended up replacing my sink faucet which had been having issues. My water bill went down significantly after the repairs were done. Eugene also got me a good quality faucet at a price lower than I was able to find when I was shopping around. He was professional, fast, and friendly. I would highly recommend Dolcini Plumbing.

First, I have to say, that I have been in a customer service related business for 38 years. Today when I got home, I was greeted with a backed up drain. Upon calling Dolcini Plumbing, I spoke with Justine, who was caring, efficient, and very prompt on everything that she could do for me. Justine gave me a very quick response time for them to come out, and took my phone number to confirm when they would be on their way. It wasn't an hour later, when she called me back and said that they would be there in 15 minutes......an hour before she promised them for me. Bill and Jason arrived and quickly took care of my issue. They both were very professional, dealt with the problem and were on their way to hopefully have a great weekend! Thanks for being such a great company....Dolcini Plumbing is the number I call when the unexpected plumbing problem happens for me!

We called Dolcini to replace a bathroom faucet. Excellent, fast service. Intelligent, friendly serviceman. He didn't need a lot of direction and replaced all the old parts that needed replacing. Beautiful, clean finished job. We'll be calling on them again, for sure.

Stay away from these guys, they charged my mother in law for work they didn't do. She called mid April for a leaking cold water spigot in the tub. The guy was out for 5 minutes and charged her $140 for replacing all three gaskets and seats. Fast forward to June and the hot water is leaking and the shower knob won't move the water from the tub to shower. So to save her another $140 I take a look. Both gaskets in the hot and shower knob are old and totally shredded apart. So for good measure I check the cold knob and it has a brand new gasket. So even though they charged her for an hour of labor and replacing all three gaskets, they only spent 5 minutes replacing the cold.

My plumber had a heart attack in the middle of my job and you did NOT offer to complete the work for time and materials so my review still stands! You totally blew me off.
