I walked out in the garage to find hot hot hot steaming water spewing out of the TPR valve on my water heater during my lunch break (hurray for working at home!). I called Dolcini and got there answering machine since they close for lunch. However, at 1:20 I got a call back and they were able to get me on the schedule for the next day (since it was a bit of mess in my garage) and said they'd see if anyone finished early and could still come by today. Thankfully Jared was able to come by and quickly confirmed it was a bad TPR valve and replaced it.
He was patient with my MANY questions and made sure I was comfortable with the repair before he left. It took maybe an hour?

My old landlord had told me to use Dolcini, so with this first plumbing issue in my own home, I knew who to call and I am pleased with the outcome.

Dolcini Plumbing is a great company. I emailed late Monday night because of a leaking outdoor faucet that I could not turn off. Jared was
out the next morning and replaced pipes and capped an old line. In the same email I mentioned an upstairs toilet that needed to be checked, he came Thursday for that.

Excellent experience from the contact person to the plumber. I highly recommend Dolcini Plumbing!!!

Discovered I had a leak in the piping under my house recently and was referred to Dolcini Plumbing. It was an urgent situation and they were able to get someone out first thing the very next morning! Scheduling was very easy and the person I talked to was very helpful and friendly. Just as they said they would, they called exactly 15 minutes before arriving, and arrived promptly at the agreed upon time as well. They were able to fix my problem in a much shorter amount of time than I was expecting and also for much less than I was anticipating. I am tremendously relieved that the problem was resolved quickly and I have my water back on again and we were able to prevent future damage or issues from the leaking pipe. Can't say enough good things about Dolcini Plumbing, they did a stellar job and it was an outstanding experience! Will absolutely use them again and refer to others!

We had our shower and toilet backup, I went under the house to snake it and managed to undo a sewer clean out that just wouldn't go back on. I called Dolcini and they had Eugene out a few hours later to fix it. We scheduled an appointment and he came out later to install a clean out in the front yard so we wouldn't have to go under the house anymore. That turned out to be a heavily complicated process which they took care of without many issues. Fast forward to today, a few months later, and we noticed a smell from the shower and under the house. We found the cap under the house had popped off after the sewer had backed up again. Jason, Eugene and Jared came out to fix it within 3 hours of my call. They secured it fully and re-snaked the sewer and showed me on the camera where the bad joint was. They took 3 of their trucks and guys out of the field to correct an issue, all free of charge. I would definitely recommend calling Dolcini for any plumbing needs!

Not so sure about this plumbing company. We recently purchased a home in Petaluma. The previous owner gave us all the contacts he used on remodeling he had done to the home which was great we thought. Dolcini was the plumber on the remodel. The bathroom water lines were swapped (left was cold, right was hot). Even the kitchen faucet was set up wrong. The water heater did not work properly. The plumber who came was not knowledgeable about the project even though we gave him the dates the remodel work had been done and what the issues were. He never offered to fix their mistakes either. When we closed on the sale we were also told that a sewer lateral inspection report and video had been done. Yet the paid invoice does not document any of this. Expensive and lackadaisical. We for sure will not recommend them. We definitely have had better.

Totally professional and quick. I had a clog and they were able to come out right away. I am so thankful! Pricing was fair and work was performed quickly. My parents have been using Dolcini for 30+ years and have always had great things to say about their service.

We've used Dolcini for years and found them expensive but at least the job got done. This time, it was a very very small job. Stop the shower faucet from dripping, and clear out the drain. The drain clog didn't get fixed as they didn't have the part. Told me to go to Friedman's, which I reluctantly did. The parts there don't fit exactly right. So now I have spent 3 hours of my own time to fix the job that Dolcini said they would fix, and charged me $194 for. And it's still not done.

Call Dolcini? Yep, we did. All they said was they can't carry all the parts all the time, and they would have to charge me another $194 for a second trip. Bear in mind that the plumber spent 15 minutes during the service call ""fixing"" our problem, and 25 minutes in his van preparing the invoice.

We won't call Dolcini again. They didn't fix the problem. Half-a$$ work, telling me to go to Friedman's. Then zero customer care and compassion when we called. They could easily have sent the plumber back with the part when he was in the area. It would have taken 5 minutes tops, and we would all have been happy. Unfortunate.

Well live and learn on this one. They over charged and under delivered. The issues was not solved completely then I called after I received the bill and was charged for 2 people even though 1 was largely sufficient job was completed in 20 minutes. When I called to discuss the charges I was given an aggressive run around. There was no reasoning with them and it was clear they had no interest in handling this professionally and fairly - No customer service here

Excellent contractor! They were knowledgable, prompt, immaculate, and just did a great job installing a new main line and a beautiful toilet. Jason and team communicated every step of the way and were so accommodating! Their excellent communication is so amazing, it shows true professionalism and customer service. Very fortunate to have such a great contractor in the area.

I just had Jared at my house for a double basin stoppage. When he went to clear the stoppage he found a broken pipe in the wall. His showed me the break where it was broken and how it was broken. He cleared the stoppage and repaired the broken portion of the drain pipe. He has my plumbing running as good as new. Jared is courteous, on time and polite. He is an excellent serviceman. He consulted with me before doing anything and saved me money. You need a plumber, call Dolcini Plumbing.
