First, I have to say, that I have been in a customer service related business for 38 years. Today when I got home, I was greeted with a backed up drain. Upon calling Dolcini Plumbing, I spoke with Justine, who was caring, efficient, and very prompt on everything that she could do for me. Justine gave me a very quick response time for them to come out, and took my phone number to confirm when they would be on their way. It wasn't an hour later, when she called me back and said that they would be there in 15 minutes......an hour before she promised them for me. Bill and Jason arrived and quickly took care of my issue. They both were very professional, dealt with the problem and were on their way to hopefully have a great weekend! Thanks for being such a great company....Dolcini Plumbing is the number I call when the unexpected plumbing problem happens for me!

We called Dolcini to replace a bathroom faucet. Excellent, fast service. Intelligent, friendly serviceman. He didn't need a lot of direction and replaced all the old parts that needed replacing. Beautiful, clean finished job. We'll be calling on them again, for sure.

Stay away from these guys, they charged my mother in law for work they didn't do. She called mid April for a leaking cold water spigot in the tub. The guy was out for 5 minutes and charged her $140 for replacing all three gaskets and seats. Fast forward to June and the hot water is leaking and the shower knob won't move the water from the tub to shower. So to save her another $140 I take a look. Both gaskets in the hot and shower knob are old and totally shredded apart. So for good measure I check the cold knob and it has a brand new gasket. So even though they charged her for an hour of labor and replacing all three gaskets, they only spent 5 minutes replacing the cold.

My plumber had a heart attack in the middle of my job and you did NOT offer to complete the work for time and materials so my review still stands! You totally blew me off.

We called them for a clogged sink- the water was very slow to drain. The young man came (I forget his name), ran the water, and said it seemed to be draining fine. He left and charged us $170. The sink kept clogging and my husband had to take apart the pipes himself and found something lodged inside. Why didn't the plumber do this for us? Not cool. Not impressed.

I didn't know what to expect from a plumber but the phone rep, Justine, was pleasant, and as it turned out, efficient, always a good omen Originally she told me that i would have to wait a day for a plumber but within an hour she called back to say it would be possible to send Jason over that afternoon. That was good news to us living in a house with no gas so no stove, no heat and no hot water.

Jason arrived within the time period that Justine had estimated and got to work. He was pleasant, businesslike, professional and thoughtful. After fixing the gas line problem, and installing the new clothes dryer he then re-lit our water heater, the furnace and the stove.

This was all accomplished within the one hour minimum period.

Would I call them again? You betcha! They would be at the top of my list.

My concern when I was looking for a plumber was trust. I have used Dolcini for my rentals on about 4 or 5 occasions. They have been honest, fair and done great work in a very timely manner. So, they have passed my TRUST test.
