After researching many other companies, we chose Doherty Plumbing to install our new 75 gallon water tank. They had to return two times to fix the work they had done, including fixes requested by the County inspectors. We asked them to repair a leaky bathtub faucet. The plumber told it was not leaking but it continues to drip. The price repair the tub faucet was quoted as $900...outrageous for basic Delta tub fixtures. I had to text and email so many times to get them to schedule the inspectors. Overall, not a good experience.

Had an emergency call to Doherty Plumbing for a Water Heater issue. Spoke to the owner directly (he was the person who answered the phone) I called at 8am and they had the problem fixed by 5pm. The VERY professional and personable technician Rob was AWESOME and the pricing was excellent. Highly recommend this Neighborhood business. You will NOT be disappointed

We had a major block in our sewer pipes. Ron from Doherty came out quickly and had us cleaned out quickly. He was a pleasure to work with, extremely professional, and informative. We will definitely use him for all our future needs! Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We were referred to this plumbing business through our Home Warranty Company. They showed up on a Wednesday to fix the dishwasher, the African gentleman said that the dishwasher needed a new motor after looking at the appliance for 10 minutes. He told us he would order the part right away and install it on Saturday which would have been only 4 days later, He asked for a hundred dollar check which we gave it to him. Saturday came and went and no word from Doherty Plumbing. ANOTHER THREE WEEKS WENT BUY AND HE TOLD US THAT HE WAS TOO BUSY AND WE HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK!!! Anyway, we called a different company to fix it and they told me that the motor was fine and that we were were misled by this company, It was a very inexpensive fix by the new company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs. They left a gas leak in my home after installing a range top. If I hadn't have been smart and called another company to check the install after I smelled gas I could have blown up my house. With my two small children in it. They are rude, unprofessional and incompetent. And downright dangerous.

I would highly recommend Doherty Plumbing. Their techs are very knowledgeable ad friendly and their pricing is fair. they are honest about what needs to be done and do not try to sell you on unnecessary fixes.
