We love Doheny Plumbing! We had a bad hot water heater that came with our new condo, and after attempting to go through Lowe's installation service (with awful results), we got Doheny Plumbers on the job! They were able to schedule us in a timely manner, and were totally professional. They sold us a new hot water heater and installed it for a reasonable fee. The day after the service, they called us back and let us know that we had accidentally over-payed by about $70. We got our money back within the day! Super honest, super professional company. We'll be using them from now on.

Terrible customer service from Jared. Very rude over the phone and did not schedule my appointment. After I called the day before to verify my appointment he told me unappologetically that he never scheduled it and that it was unavailable. Now I have to request another day off from work and explain the terrible customer service. Unfortunatley this was the plumber that my association choose and am hoping that the actual plumbing service is better than the over the phone service.

I would like to shout out to Brandon from Doheny Plumbing .. it was a Friday night at 5 PM and my sewer was backing up into my showers! Brandon came out with a smile on his face and was ready to do whatever it took to get my sewer line cleared out. He worked super hard to fix it. He is a lifesaver! Would recommend Doheney plumbing to anyone and everyone.

Fast, knowledgeable and honest, you can't expect more. I had a clogged drain that caused a shower to backup and the toilet to flood the bathroom. After shutting off the water and cleaning up, we had to leave the house to get to a Childs birthday party, when I got home, I started calling plumbers, on an early Saturday evening. The few I could reach were tied up with jobs but Doheny had someone just finishing and he was right over.

The plumber recognized that it had cleared, and then did some extra checking to make sure it was flowing freely throughout the system, inspected the cleanout, tried running lots of fixtures to make absolutely certain everything was working and then didn't charge me, since he only needed a few minutes to be certain everything was ok.

Its refreshing these days to run into people and businesses that treat you honestly and with the highest integrity. I will definitely not hesitate to call Doheny Plumbing for any work and will happily recommend them to others.
