Tom, Stephanie and staff are who you need if your plumbing fails. My contractor botched the plumbing and walked out on it, and DOE found the problem and fixed it, fast and reasonably. Call them, and you'll be saved.

Stephanie and Jim from DOE know hot water furnace systems. They fixed in a few hours what their competitor Eagle Plumbing and Heating said would take several days and cost thousands of dollars in unnecessary work. Eagle's tech didn't understand the system and spent hours learning it and not fixing the problem, then made promises they didn't keep on calling back to schedule another appointment, while DOE was responsive and got me on the schedule immediately, and fixed the problem in one visit. Very happy with their service. Be warned Eagle plumbers will disparage work by other firms, and inflate the work they say needs to be done especially if you are inexperienced with heating systems, but DOE in my experience does a great job.

Not having an urgent matter, I scheduled with DOE Plumbing for the next available opening, which was 2 weeks away. I took the afternoon off work to be home during the scheduled appointment. As that time passed, I called to inquire, and was told that they will call me ""when there is an availability."" That they would not have set a time. I stated this was not the case, that we had set an appointment and I had taken the time off work. He stated there was no one available to come complete the jobs needed. This was unprofessional on so many levels. They will not get a call from me, even if they are the cheapest plumbers on the block.

We've been using DOE for years. They have always been prompt and did the job. This past fall we had a flood in the basement and they were out immediately. They discovered that the problem was a clogged city line, called the city and got them out right away. The city took care of the line and the wonderful folk from DOE stayed with us, helping us move furniture and begin to clean up until they were sure the water had stopped coming in and we had all our things safely out of the water. They have always been great, but this was above and beyond. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I did not receive anything for writing this review but I was shocked when I saw an earlier review that slammed this business. I had the miserable experience of having my water heater stop heating just when I was about to hop into the shower prior to an appointment. Stephanie came and checked it out and then reset the heater. I did not have time for her to do the full maintenance that day but she returned at my convenience a couple of days later with Austin and they did the work. They were polite, professional, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. While they were here I remembered that my toilet had been wobbly so I asked if she could do something about that and she got it back to the way that it should be. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work done. As a matter of fact, I got to this page because I just looked up their phone number and saw the bad review.
Then I called and asked them to come and replace my tub faucet, so that tells you that I am a very satisfied customer.

Moved toilet, forgot to put on a cap, sewage had been leaking for months into crawl space. To fix it they dumped lime, never cleared the sewage. After many failed attempts to reach them they promised to install a vapor barrier, a few months and many attempts to reach them over email or by phone later still nothing. Still considering suing the company if the vapor barrier is not installed soon.

I had a new hot water installed 7 months ago by this Company. It quit working numerous times and had to call them out numerous times. After it quit again . I had them out again after no hot water for 4 days. Reluctantly someone. showed up. after 8 hours it was not fixed the heater was for 5000 elevation and I am 7220 elev. I hired a new plumber to install a new heater. the heater was hooked to pro pane orifice instead of natural gas. they charged $1709.00. they took the hot water from my porch. it was under warranty so I owe nothing.

My husband and I are new to Laramie and we purchased an old house that needs lots of plumbing help. Doe Plumbing was recommended to us. We used them a few times but finally got sick of them not fixing the problem, or doing a quick fix and then telling us ""to fix this what you really need to do is..."" but not offering a permanent solution to fix our plumbing problems.

If you're a slum lord looking for a cheap quick temporary fix and poor customer service, call Doe. If you're a homeowner who genuinely cares about your home and wants a professional plumber to do good plumbing work for you call somebody else, anybody else.

Doe Plumbing, we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but they turned out to be a complete disappointment.
