Great communication and service .cane the next day for a master water supply breakage

I contacted this company to come repair a broken gate and a leaking pipe on my kitchen sink. We had reached the limits of our DIY knowledge when the gate we had refused to budge, and decided to search for local plumbers through yelp.

The communication throughout the process was phenomenal. To being completely transparent about prices and billing, to suggesting holding off on a request until later (due to not having the appliance yet), to communicating that they were running a bit late (the weather was terrible). They even were wonderful about my pre-coffee typos. Lol

The techs were great. They braved my perfectly harmless pooch, that looked like cujo, that we were holding back when they arrived. They explained what they did to my sink, the billing, and were very friendly and pleasant to have work in my house

My 20 year old water heater was leaking. Hilltop responded quickly and came to inspect right away. He gave me a price for labor and installation and a rough price for the water heater. Said he needed to verify the appropriate replacement. Before the end of the day an email was delivered with a complete quote. I accepted the quote, and Hilltop installed the new water heater two days later. They were in and out in two hours. Seems like a well organized, professional company. I had them replace my kitchen faucet this past summer.
I would not hesitate to call again for any plumbing issues.

I called at the beginning of heating season to have a space heater serviced/cleaned. A tech was sent out the very next day. He was courteous, thorough and completed the job within the discussed time frame. The office staff were friendly and prompt. I would definitely recommend this company and call them again for heating needs.

Had a terrible experience in dealing with plumbing company that's super close by and who I worked with before, I won't mention the name Richard P Waltz, and they charged me just for a guy to come out and tell me something I already knew. Yes, I know my water heater is leaking, thanks. They ghosted me, so I wasted no time and tried calling Hilltop.

Steve came out the very next day to take a look, and there was no charge. On the spot, he got on the horn with Lisa and they priced out a new one, and sent me the estimate and invoice for a deposit. Rich and his team of three came out the following day and completed the job in under an hour. Clean and professional work!

What really impressed me, was that after I had written them a cheque and they left, Lisa called me back not long after, apologizing for overcharging me! They corrected the invoice and so I was not overcharged. Honesty says a lot about people who run a business.

Great team. Definitely working with them again.

Richard and his team responded to my urgent concern immediately. They were able to come over and fix a plumbing issue the next day. Guys came out and identified the source of my drain leak (cracked cast iron stack), removed the old cast iron stack, and replaced it with new PVC. Leak fixed in a couple of hours!
