Quick to respond when I called, however very poor service. Had a leaky shower faucet which I had already bought the necessary parts and installed them, just needed to be completed since because of my age I wasn't sure of. Serviceman did not speak English but had an interpreter but it was still hard to know if he understood. Took the whole thing apart again and in the process, scratched and dented the parts. Tried to sell me a new shower head which had some sand in but was like new. Overall I would NOT recommend them. I tried to speak with the owner but he was always unavailable. The receptionist was rather rude and not helpful in any way!

I had a very nasty plumbing problem that started with the tub and then affected the toilet. I tried just about everything I know to fix it. Tried for a whole week, watched videos on YouTube and purchased various things to unclog pipes. Nothing worked until Dodds Plumbing came. Octavio and Elias spent about 3 hours at it and left it like new. I cannot thank Dodds Plumbing enough for their help and from now on whenever anyone asks me about a Plummer they are the ones I will highly recommend. Don't even hesitate to call others because I hardly ever leave reviews but they really did a great job. Yes

did some bad work for me on running a gas line underground, ran line right over septic tank lid. high on prices for septic systems.
