Had a clogged toilet that I tried to unclog for two days. Finally called Dodd's and they were here in half an hour and unclogged the toilet in two minutes! They have a commercial plunger which I asked them if I could buy and they charged a very reasonable rate for everything.
They were terrific!

I call Mr. Dodd whenever I have a heating, cooling or plumbing problem. He will not try to sell you something you do not need. He is as honest as the day is long. They come quickly and will write the bill before he leaves or they will mail you a bill if you prefer. I wouldn't use anyone else.

This is the worst plumber for communication, pricing and work. Does not provide estimates, nor does he bill on time. Does not keep accurate records. He is on the AHS home warranty list as their plumber, but he does not use the correct codes so the home owner does not have to pay more money than necessary. He then bills the customer for ALOT of money for the same job that the home warranty would have paid a third of money for the work completed. He is a poor excuse for a plumbing business. DO NOT EVER USE HIM FOR YOUR PLUMBING WORK.
