Spoke with owner John on the phone when needed a new water heater installed. He supplied all the information I would need to make a sound decision on tank size etc. Easily scheduled an appointment and once work began, he was out the door within two hours after install. He placed booties on his footwear before placing proper covering to protect the floor. Clean up was excellent. Highly recommend.

There are many exciting things to buy for your home and a new water heater is not one of them. My water was looking a little bit strange in color. And my water heater had a little sticker on it putting it's age at 19 years. It was long past time for it to go and I wanted to get it out of the door before it completely quit working on me, leaving me feeling cold.

I shopped around. I looked at different options. I looked at a few local business and the big box stores. And water heaters are expensive. In the end, I went with the Doctor. And I am really glad that I did. They were fairly flexible with the appointment time and was able to schedule my appointment after work, so I didn't need to take time off from work. The business owner is great and since water heaters is what he does, he truly knows what he is doing. He arrived on time. Put on shoe covers and covered my carpet. He did a great job with installation, even correcting an issue with the gas line to my gas logs as just part of his safety practice. The water heater is beautiful, a professional grade and I am so happy with it. And I am so happy with this company.
