Run away from Doctor Rooter and owner Russ Keene. He took my money and did not finish the job, like a thief would do.

Hired Russ for a plumbing job. He came out and did the fix for $260. After he left I noticed the part he put in was leaking.

For 11 days after that he lied about coming back, lied about having me on his schedule, and lied about his willingness to make the work right.

This guy has no business working on his own--he needs a boss to keep him honest and accountable. Learn from my mistake--warn your friends about Russ Keene and Doctor Rooter, and be sure to never, ever hire him.

Down with Dr Rooter.

I trusted Russ the owner to purchase and install a novo water softener. I gave him a six hundred dollar deposit and he never returned any of my phone calls for installation over four months. I think he skipped town. BEWARE of this Plumber! He can't be trusted.

Run run run away for them. They lie and take your money. Russ told me that he had installed my water heater, so I paid him for his work. Then he calls me and says that he could install it because we needed a better platform. After installing a better platform he does not answer my calls. SCAM.

I am a very unhappy customer of Russ aka Dr. Rooter. Russ recently installed an under the sink reverse osmosis system for me. When he finished the job, he told me to let him know if I needed him or if any problems arise.
Shortly after the installation, the R/O system leaked both under the sink and on the counter. I called Russ to come and look at it. He said he would contact me with a time to come out. No call no show from him.
Two days later, I texted him asking him AGAIN to come and look at my leaky R/O system. He texted me back that he would call me the next day to schedule a time to come out. Again, no call no show.
I get it. He got his money so customer service be damned.
Do not do business with this company.

0 stars!!!!!!!! Run run as fast as you can. Find anyone but this guy who pretends to know what he is doing. He will charge you an arm and a leg and you will still need to find a ""Real to plumber"".

Cleaned my clogged sewage line but told me i needed a new clean out unit for $1000 had another company look at it they said it was fine no need to do anything!!!

This is a first hand review of Dr Rooter. Russ and Kaycee carried out the replacement of some 1940's sewer piping on a property next door to us in Las Vegas and in the process cut through and abandoned our sewer where it met the neighbors pipe and drained into the main. Of course they lied about what they had done and left us to investigate.

We had three different companies look at the problem and all three told us that our sewer had been severed and abandoned. I did have one meeting with them and Russ agreed to come back and repair the damage. However they failed to show up again or carry out any remedial work.

The result is that we were forced to run a new sewer system which has cost us and the HOA many thousands of dollars to repair.

When we researched taking action against them it turns out that the business name they are using was a company that was de-registered years ago and they are not registered according to the contractors board.

Some of the best customer service and plumbing/leak detection work I've seen.

Living by myself in a 3 bedroom, my water bill was over $250 a month. I have had two other companies come out and do repairs only for the bill to remain the same high amount.

Kennard and his Father were extremely professional and efficient, finding the leak in less than 10 minutes coming from the side of my house.

Highly recommend. Great service that I truly appreciated.

Dr. Rooter - ( Russ & Casey ) has been to my house several times - all for all different projects- in the last couple months -they have provided amazing service - very thorough - on time & very clean. I can't thank you enough for being there for me - even on a spur of the moment "" help "" situation... you need a plumber ..
