Owner came into my house with an attitude from the second he walked in! He was very rude and argumentative! He was treating me like I was a stupid child that knows nothing! I have been a loyal customer for years, but I'm not putting up with them anymore! I will never use this company again, and will never recommend them to anyone!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

My hot water heater that was installed in 2019 loudly exploded and flooded my basement at 1:30 in the morning. The nameless woman who answered their phone wasn't nice or helpful. She kept repeating she didn't build the hot water heater. She said they would charge me to come out and see why it exploded. A flooded basement is very expensive and there are many other companies. I will move forward with any other company due to the damage and her defensiveness.

They were very friendly on the phone and came out between the time scheduled. Kevin was great! He was having trouble clearing my kitchen sink and tried with 4 different tools. Each tool was able to get a little further. I truly appreciate all his efforts. I would highly recommend.

Unprofessional, obnoxious, and rip off company. My main line needed to be snaked and instead he recommended that I pump my tank. After my husband telling him that it's not full. He recommended a company that was double the price of regular sewer pumping. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Horrible service, work ethic and customer service. The only objective is to make money on you. Plumber arrived 1 hr 45 min past the 3 hr appointment window and after my 3 follow-up calls. Called him up to fix the same problem that he had come in exactly a week ago and charged $108. Came in with an attitude and kept talking over the customer without acknowledging or apologizing for not fixing the problem the first time, flooding my bathroom and finished basement and recommending septic cleaning that cost me another $260. In addition, he charged another $350 and flat out refused to do any price adjustment for not resolving the same problem the week before - Not his fault, according to him.

Disgusting attitude and customer service. Will not use them ever again .....

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My 72 year old mother had them come in to give her an estimate. The tech was there 15 minutes and charged her $125.00 for a service call. I called the next day and asked the woman how much an estimate would be and she told me $30.00. I then asked her why my mother was charged $125.00. She told me she would ask the tech and call me back. She did not return my call, so I called her back. She then got nasty with me and said she did not talk to the tech yet. During the conversation she told me she was charged $125.00 because the tech explained to my mom what she needed done. I said to her that that falls under an estimate. She told me that because the tech spent time with her it turned into a service call. Again, this was an estimate and no service was done. Because this man did his job and tell her what was wrong and how much to fix the problem it now turned into a service call???? Really??? This still falls under an ESTIMATE! And let me also remind you, she told me she did not talk to the tech, but was able to tell me about the conversation this tech had with my mother. The more lies she was caught in, the nastier she became. They pray on the elderly. I will contact the BBB regarding their practice to rip people off. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE, NASTY PEOPLE!

These guys are amazing I've used them 3 times over the last few years for installation of gas lines for my barbecue as well as plumbing repairs. their prices are very reasonable they give accurate estimate and then stick to those estimates and they always always always answer the phone highly recommended cannot go wrong with dr. Rooter .
