I felt that Armani did a great job as my tenant was very pleased with a main water line supply replacement and getting rid of an annoying noise due to sediment in the pipes. I wouldn't say the cost was amazing considering I am a notoriously cheap DIY person, but he blew away the competition by a significant number. I know I am not just paying for the labor, but I am mainly paying for the knowledge, the 25 year warranty, the licensing, the insurance, etc. so all-in-all I have been very happy. The excavator that was used did a phenomenal job in extremely minimizing the damage to the existing grass due to the need to replace close to 40 feet of pipe.

I am very happy with the work that was done, and would certainly work this company again.

This is a first class operation. We had a problem with a leak in our main water supply line to the street. First, the job estimate was very competitive. Second, Amani and his crew showed up on time and spent the day installing a new line. Their work was excellent and they did an outstanding job cleaning up after the completion of the job. Amani couldn't have been more caring to be sure everything went as planned and that I was happy with his work. Would I hire Doctor Plumber again? In a heartbeat!!

The day of the appointment his guy showed up and replaced the leaking pipe.

I am having trouble with my main line drain, so i called Doctor Rooter after reading these great reviews. I talked to Armani and set up an appointment for him to run a camera to identify the problem. We agreed on a time 12/04/2020 in the morning, but he did not show up or even bother to call. If you are looking for a reputable plumber, keep looking....

Messaged a couple places to get a quote on getting our main sewer line serviced. Armani responded within minutes and came the very next day. Offered me the best quote and turnaround time. He worked efficiently and was knowledgeable about everything. He talked me through our options and answered all my questions in a kind and professional manner. Overall, a great experience. Disappointed not once but twice! I find the company horribly unreliable and disorganized! The first time the owner Armani was 2 hours late for a sight on seen quote. There was no courtesy call or anything, we had to call and only then did he show up. He was very apologetic and quote was good so we decided to give a 2nd chance. Called the owner to confirm job and worked around his schedule for the work which we agreed for Tuesday July 7, 2020 at 8am. Well, we waited and again no show and no call! Reached out later that day only to get an answering machine, left a message of pure disappointment and never heard back. My elderly mother was very upset over this. Fast talker and not to be trusted. Will NEVER consider this plumber EVER!

Had a clogged drain late at night. Got on Yelp to find a plumber. Arman responded within 10 mins. We set up a time early the following morning. He arrived on time and quickly got our drain line unclogged. First rate service. Will definitely use them again.
