Did 75% of to the job. Didn't clean up at all, ripped up yard braking pavers and tossing things all over yard. Didn't fill in hole dug, it's been 6 weeks been asking John to clean up yard every week, never calls back and when able to get ahold of him he always has an excuse not to do it, and will get to it ""soon"". Don't use them, half ass work, lack of proof of doing work (he used a video camera to see where clog was in pipe but did not provide video footage, ALL other companies have done it BUT NOT HIM... But he charged $250 for undocumented service...). Because Dr. Rooter (John) won't finish his job I need to do it... Half ass service, stay away!

We had a sewer back-up on Saturday. I called and within an hour he was at our house. Some are saying it was expensive, but I have to say, researching prices, he was below the average, and didn't try to up-sell us on anything. Further, maintenance fees were also under average for the area and he gave us some hints on how to help reduce the problem from happening again. Overall very happy and his customer service was above and beyond. Can't be happier.

Was quoted $99 over the phone. They spent 20 minutes in the house and hit my credit card for $280. I called to discuss. They said they would follow up Monday morning...8 days later still no call back.

This service is a joke. A friend of this guy recommended him and I should have known better. Called him out, he was late on the time he said hed be here, claimed the filter was clogged and that was problem. When we called the next day saying no the problem wasn't fixed he didn't return phone calls. Stole $250 for nothing! Had to pay another service not only to fix the problem but also pumped septic which wasn't even half full (although this joker said that might be part of problem). Will never recommend and make sure everyone knows you are a thief since you didn't have decentcy to return calls or money.

We have an old house with tree roots in our line. Cory from Dr. Rooter has been out here every year for awhile. He's fast, friendly, efficient, and always does a great job with a great attitude. When you have standing sewage in your basement, it's good to see a familiar face. Recommended.

Doctor Rooter does great work, but their prices are too high and not competitive at all. I paid $190 for 15 minutes of work. I had a sewer line backup, and they quickly found and removed an obstruction. Even though it was on a Saturday, I still feel I paid far too much for the service. I will not use them again unless they seriously adjust their prices.

These guys have done work for us at our home and place of business. I've had enough. They never show up within the window of time THEY specify, and they often forget to show up at all.

Admittedly, if and when they do show up, their work is good and quick enough but 8 to 10 in the morning does not mean 3 in the afternoon. Certainly not without at least a courtesy telephone call. Yesterday they never showed up at all....this wasn't the first time and they haven't shown up so far today. We'll try someone else. We have a business to run and a life.
