We called Doctor Plumber and he was very responsive and Showed up the very next morning for the appointment on TIME unlike other plumbers who don't bother to even respond. He resolved our Draining & Leak issues very quickly, Mike is very knowledgeable about his work and very polite. He also explained to us exactly what were the causes of Draining issues and advised us to get a Strainer for the Bathtub to prevent future issues like this. We will Definitely call him again for our Future Plumbing Needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

He came out to fix my sink and it is worst than when he arrived. I contacted my home warranty because of clogged kitchen sink. Now the water will not drain at all I cannot was my dishes to top it off the guy was rude. Did not answer my questions and left without telling us. Now no one is answering the phone from home warranty or the company, or doctor plumber this is terrible he literally broke what he was supposed to fix.

I've had a few leaks this year and in the kitchen and both bathrooms and this company has been amazing. Mike is the main person I've had so the work. He's patient, thorough, and knows his stuff. Their prices are much more reasonable than other plumbers I've used up here. Definitely recommend!

I used Doctor Plumber through my home warranty after requesting to go with someone other than plumbers incorporated because their service sucks to put it mildly. Anyway so Doctor Plumber came out punctually at that, asked me what the issue was and just went straight to replacing our garbage disposal because he said it wasn't worth trying to seal the leak coming from the disposer.

Installed it cleanly and picked up after himself and it's been a few weeks with no issues unlike the other company the home warranty company sent that took 3 visits to fix the same problem.

I'm requesting Doctor Plumber from now on if I have future plumbing issues.

Called my warranty company for my garbage disposal leaking. At first they couldn't get a hold of this plumber. I was ready to cancel. Then a representative from my warranty company got them on the line. There was a miscommunication problem. They already had me on the schedule and we agreed on a date and time. It was the next business day in the afternoon. He called me that morning and asked if I wanted him to come over earlier. I did and he was prompt. He checked it, tightened it and the leak stopped. After he left, we ran the water and it started leaking again. I was afraid he wouldn't be back for weeks but when I called him he told me he'd be back that day as soon as he was done at the job he was at. He came back and replaced it. No more leaks and prompt courteous service. Brian is awesome.

Mike replaced our water heater and also had to replace all the pipes and update the entire configuration. He was courteous, efficient and did a great job. Also very reasonably priced.
