After our 3rd leak in our house we knew we had to do a full re pipe, we got about 6 quotes and finally met Radi he not only gave us the best price but was also very friendly and professional, he completed the work in the time he had promised and when we needed a helping hand with additional work he was happy to do it for us. Our house now looks like nothing ever happened his drywall crew covered all the patches flawlessly.

I had water seeping up from the carpet in my condo. I believed it was a slab leak and I would need to re-pipe the condo. Radi was great about calling back and coming out to see the problem. When he showed up to start the job, I pointed out that an area near the wall was still wet when I had shut off the water main two days ago. Radi opened the wall and found that my neighbor's water pipe to her toilet was leaking. He stayed for 45 minutes and helped explain the problem to my neighbor. And he didn't charge me anything for the visit! Dr. Piper will be my first call if and when I have a slab leak, or other plumbing problem.

Radi and this company were given the contract to my old condo complex to replace all units plumbing with copper rather than pvc (due to numerous breakages). he did a fantastic job - crew was polite, accommodating, respectful to my home, and knowledgable. i started a remodel at the same time, so had him put all of the new sinks, toilets, fixtures in while he was there. i ended up giving him the code to get into my condo while i was at work, and never thought twice about it. his crew was completely trustworthy and completed all of the work perfectly.
a year or so later, i called Radi back to do a complete master remodel. he put in new tiled shower with rain shower head, 6 1/2 foot beveled glass sliding doors, and a new hand shower. it was gorgeous! my husband, who is 6'4"", was able to step in and out of the shower without ducking under the door frame. and the rain showerhead was from almost the ceiling, so he actually took a shower from under the water without again ducking. the tile crew was especially detail oriented about how the tile was cut and where it ended vs the shower door, the pattern, etc. it was exactly as i had drawn it.
we had a second house that we had rented out that had a leak. i called Radi with an address. he went to the house, checked it out, repaired the small leak, and billed me. i never even had to show up. I cannot say enough about how trustworthy and fair this crew is, and about how dependable their work is. love them!

Radi arrived at my house and began with surgical precision to open the heart of my house and perform what I call bypass surgery on my water system. The entire experience was good. So yesterday I discovered that I had a small gas leak and called SDGE to turn the gas off. I talked to the technician and he told me that a plumber can fix the problem. So after a few failed attempts, not being able to get here soon and getting overcharged I called DrPiper. First off Radi was very nice and had no problem getting here when I needed him to. He was on time and even called a few minutes before arriving. When he got here I explained the problem and he got right to work. He replaced an adapter and gave me pointers on what to do next. His fee was almost 70% less than previous quotes and only wanted me to pay when SDGE turned the gas back on and verified that there was no more leaks.

I highly recommend DrPiper and want to thank Radi Mintchev for his outstanding work!

Radi is an excellent plumber. One of the best I have seen thus far. We were also very pleased with his service, he cares about all his customers too. He re-Piped our whole house and did it in a timely manner and worked late to get the job done. he didn't cute corners and gave us the best product too. I called Radi after my pipe burst in the master bathroom. He quickly calmed me down, walked me through turning the main supply to the house off and was at my house in under 1 hour. He was professional, courteous and took the extra time to explain why the pipe had burst and what I needed to look for in other area's of the house so something like this doesn't happen again.

Hopefully I'll never have a problem like this again, but if I do Dr Piper will be my first call.

My wife and I called Radi around 6:30 at night in dire need of a plumber to come out that same night and give us an estimate on repiping the entire house. Our house had a slab leak, we had been denied coverage by the insurance company(AAA) and the first plumber we had hired didn't want to put anything in writting and started to flip-flop on his previous statements after I insisted we put everything into a contract.

Radi came out that same night and took a look at what was involved, gave us a quote in writting on the spot and we hired him. During the course of the project we found that the old cast iron drain lines were cracked and had been hastily patched by the previous owner with silicone, cement and expanding foam... Radi gave us a very fair quote to do this work also and in just a few days we had all new copper pipe throughout the house, and new ABS drain lines.

Radi was upfront and accommodating throughout the project, and on a couple of occasions stayed late into the night to finish what he was working on. He's a very hard worker, an honest professional and a really nice guy. Do yourself and/or your family a favor and hire him to do all your plumbing!

Radi and his crew completely repiped our house quickly and flawlessly. He insisted on using USA manufactured copper, pulled all the necessary permits and backed his work by a transferable guarantee.

Radi will work to your schedule and seems to not require sleep. Radi was professional and personable. Look no further.

So after three hours of trying to clear a kitchen drain ourselves with no success, we were left with a clogged sink and a big 'ol stinky mess. Desperate, we searched yelp trying to find a plumber who was open Sundays and with good reviews. Dr Piper to the rescue!

As it turned out, Radi wasn't actually working Sunday (I think there was a mistake with the timing listed on his yelp page), but he answered the phone right away. After hearing that we got his number from yelp, he agreed to come over anyway. As promised he arrived in just 20 minutes and got to work. Just a little over an hour later our drain was clear and the odorous goo-water was gone!

Radi was punctual, professional, personable, honest and fairly priced. He even charged us the low-end of his phone estimate.
