Experience #1 July 2023: Had to replace the pool lines, skimmer, and autofill last summer. Had to block 5 days in a short term rental and was very interested to get in a company that could get the job done in the scheduled time. Interviewed several companies. I had some companies call me back to try to renegotiate the price. Armando's rate was competitive from the start with no BS or extra add-ons. His team showed up on time and delivered as promised. They took care several small leaks in the spa without extra charge. Armando also identified a gas leak under the BBQ I wasn't aware of.

Experience #2 December 2023: Needed to replace my gas lines to the pool heater. Once again, several companies bid on the project. Same experience and same vibe from companies looking to make money versus companies looking to do the work. Again, I choose Armando hands down. He brought the same team, which was a good sign. They again showed up on time and got the job done in a few days. Everyone was friendly and hard working. I really appreciated this company's efficiency and reassurance during these big projects...BOTH TIMES. Hope to never have another gas or line leak but if I did I would call them without a second thought.

Called several company's on a Saturday and these guys were the only ones that responded. Armando committed to having a team on site first thing Monday. He also walked me through a work around to get us thru till Monday. The team arrived as planned and found the leak in less than 30 minutes. They made the repair with minimal damage and cleaned up after themselves.

This was our first and hopefully last slab leak. Dr. Made a terrible issue very bearable.

Beware....This must be a sham business as they tried to get more $$$ than they quote, arrived over an hour late two times in truck with different name, had to return a second day as they didn't have simple irrigation pipe, wanted ck made out to individual name rather than company name & said there was bank or financial trouble, business phone no longer in service, didn't clean up after themselves, never did the leak detection in back area although that was part of the job & on & on. One of them tried to talk me into replacing my water heaters even though I have no problem with them. Be safe & call someone else!

After many estimates we hired Armando and his crew to do a complete repiping of our entire house. His bid was by far the lowest cost and working with him throughout the process was a pleasure. They were able to start right away and even though it took a little longer than projected the cost remained the same. I have since had them repair a pool leak and again the job was done on budget, timely and professionally. This is our second home and it requires trust to have someone working when you are not there. We have no regrets and I recommend them without reservation.

Had a leak under my cement slab in my home in Palm Springs. Originally paid a different ""leak detection"" company to come out and found where the leak was. Armondo walked into the house and immediately identified the same spot of the leak without using any ""leak detection"" equipment. Ended up replacing the entire plumbing in the house (their quote was a couple thousand $$ less than the other company). They even replaced the line from the water meter to the main shut off valve. Came back several times, at no extra expense, to tweak a couple of things.

Warning! stay away! "" Armando"" and his friend came to my house to detect a leak in the pool and spa, they took one look at both skimmers and decided it came from there. never even looked around the pool equipment or the pipes, which turned out to be a major repair. They charged me $89 dollars for looking around, mostly at my bikes that they seemed to want to buy..... suggested a $220 ""cash repair"" instead of $1200 for the ""real"" repair. I have a major problem now which is coming from the underground pipes, which of course they didn't even bother to look at. Save yourself the aggravation and go with a legitimate company like The Leak Detectors.

We had them come out today to find a leak in our salt water pool and spa. Ralph and Matthew did a very through job; much more than I expected. They found a leak at the skimmer, and gave me a couple of options to repair it.

Their price was very reasonable, and we will definitely call them again anytime we need a leak detection company.

A guy came out gave me a $300 bill and did nothing , never checked anything and stated he's been finding leaks for 30 years and needs no test. Then tells me exactly what needs to be done (so off it's funny) thx goodness my gc said this guys full of bs and we went with another company. Don't trust these guys . They don't even deserve one star
