Had Dr Fix It replace the stems on two faucets. Work performed was very good. However, charged me $425. Next time did myself in 15 minutes with $16 in parts from Home Depot. Too expensive

After calling them on a Sunday, they booked me for Monday morning, and at that point I thought I'm ready to go. Then on Monday, a rude girl named Ruben called 1 hour before the job to say they need to reschedule to Wednesday. WTF?

Do NOT use this company. I wish we had checked Yelp before going forward with our project. They double charged for something they didn't even do and took advantage of someone who doesn't know a lot about electricity and was naive (trusting) enough not to get a second quote. Don't make our mistake, find anther company.

Terrible company. Do not use them. I have a friend who isn't handy with things like replacing a disposal. They came out and said they would wave all the travel fees, etc. They charged them $1000 to replace their garbage disposal. Shameful and opportunistic. Please, get a 2nd estimate before using these crooks.

Work was satisfactory but cost was very high and estimate was not given for 2 of the 3 jobs requested. They charged $1300 for less than 4 hours of work by a plumber, and the cost was all labor according to the invoice. The supervisor who returned call about complaint was defensive and not helpful.

These guys are a complete rip-off! They came to my place bc lights were not working in a bedroom and bathroom. They didn't find the problem . . .they just tried to upsell me by telling me I needed a new electrical panel (over $2000). I called another electrical contractor recommended from a friend. They said there was nothing wrong with my panel, and found a loose wire in a light switch. They were in and out in 40 minutes for about $200. Don't be fooled by these guys. . .get a second opinion!

Well I had a leaky faucet in the basement tub and I have an off brand nicer type of faucet so I expected to pay a couple hundred dollars. My estimate was $459 and if they had to replace the entire faucet because they couldn't find a part That it would be more like $1400. I got a referral from a friend because it sounded way too high and sure enough the guy was able to fix it in 20 minutes with a couple springs and Black washer type deals. $100 and done. Don't use a big company

The low rating if for the high prices not service, way too expensive compared to other good plumbing companies.

Water company replaced our water meter, said the pressure was high and the pressure regulator needed replacing. I had Doctor Fix It come out and give me a price to replace it. With a discount it was $691. I asked what the break down for parts and labor was and was told they don't break it down, they price by the job. I asked how long it would take to replace it and he said about an hour. I thought that sounded very high so did not have them do the work.

I got the part number and found it was discontinued but Home Depot had the replacement part for about $53.00.

I called a neighbor who gave me the number of a company they have used for plumbing issues. He came out the next day, replaced the pressure regulator AND a shut off valve for a total of $317. It took just under an hour.

We scheduled an A/C Tune Up, after reading the great reviews online and requested Jose after reading the tips as well. It took over a week to get them to come out, then they didn't send Jose after all. There were no major issues going on; we just wanted a tune up. Our tech, Hank, seemed like a nice guy. But he did not have one single nice thing to say about our AC Unit or our furnace unit, claimed to not be trying to sell us anything, but stayed for 2 hours just to tell us over and over how bad everything was and the expenses to fit it. He took a lot of our time that day, just to make us weary of our units and thousands of dollars when there were no major issues going on. Hank is a nice guy, but a clever seller so be aware and do your own research.
