Very pleased with this service! They were able to service our water heater in the same day I contacted them and Jance arrived during the allotted time slot and fixed the issue on the spot during that appointment. I really appreciate him also taking the time to walk us through what the issue was (with photos) so we understood the problem and what he did to fix it. I called Jance out to my home to replace my leaking hose spigot. His inspection revealed the spigot had been improperly installed and would most likely burst annually, and thus need to be replaced annually. He not only replaced the spigot, but reinstalled the line so that it would not break annually, giving me a more permanent fix. Excellent integrity; I would have had no idea about the improper installation and could have been left with a constant need to replace the spigot. I highly recommend his services and he will be my first call for any future plumbing services!
