John and his team can always be relied on to do the right thing .. to be there as soon as they can. We've used them for years for normal Drain cleaning maintenance of our basement tiles, but also special requests. Definitely recommend. Adding my five star rating to the many others.

This company is going to price gouge for all they can get and as soon as the job is done and they have their money, they are gone. If they damage anything, something doesn't work, or god forbid you need them to come back, good luck with that. They will basically put it off on you to Google it fix or blame it on the manufacturer . John and Terry are arrogant and are out for money and don't care one bit if the job is done right or if the customer is satisfied. They will tell you anything to get the job but don't believe them. The aftermath of our plumbing remodel, tub and fixtures has been a nightmare. Most of the time they will have a female or someone else call you back because your not worth their time unless your paying more money. Do NOT use them for any big job!

Jody and Nick of Doctor Drain did a wonderful job from the time I called, it took them 15 minutes to arrive. The job was very difficult and it took them about 30-45 minutes to complete. The price was extremely reasonable making my entire experience positive. I rated them based upon using plumbers in the past and comparing professionalism, job completion and costs as the primary metrics. The explanation of the process, the exceptional customer service, and the compassion extended this rating to a 5 with a highly recommended for use.

I have used Dr. Drain (John) for all my plumbing issues since 2006. He is the only one I trust to handle all my water back up problems in my basement (which I have had over the years.) He routinely snakes my storm and sewer drains and removes the roots. He recently did a major repair on a clogged drain in my basement that required the floor to be broken up and recemented. I have had no further problems and I am very satisfied with the quality of the work. I highly recommend Dr. Drain and his team.
