Ted showed up in his school bus office. He was on time, and thoroughly prepared. He had to purchase a replacement toilet from another site, but returned within 30 minutes, and finished the job within two hours. His crew was extremely friendly and helpful, and Ted's work and attention to detail was impeccable. He even replaced a valve for free, and provided additional advice for winter plumbing issues. Highly recommended.

Complete rip off. I paid over $1000 to pump out a foot of water from my crawl space due to a broken water tank and he had the nerve to charge another $300 just to pick up his pump and then wrote he has to charge me bc I didnt have money to go thru with the tank replacment. Complete con artist. Never use his service.

We have a cabin up in Windham/Lexington area and the people I have used in the past were all busy so I reached out to Ted. We have him do one smaller project: some appliance installation, and the a much larger more complex project. He did all jobs wonderfully! He is courteous, responsive and and most importantly delivers! I would highly recommend him to others, and I will use him for any future jobs! Thank you for your time and effort on my projects!

Ted was very responsive and scheduled my fix quickly. He came out with his Tool Bus and fixed my water pressure issue without a problem. He communicated the day prior to arriving and same day before showing up. He was on time, had all the parts and tools necessary, was very knowledgeable, and got the job done in a timely manner. He came over with covid protection, fixed the broken pipe and offered me some suggestions on some things I might consider to improve the performance and quality of my well water tank.

Our new home upstate had a water heater giving off a bad hydrogen sulfide smell in the water. Theodore installed a new anode and fixed the issue without a hitch. He's an honest and hard working person. I'm going to have him help with various projects around the house, including installing a new water filter. Would highly recommend him.

Ted was a pro! I've dealt with a few ""seasoned"" plumbers in the area who either try to upsell you or only respond if it's a job they are interested in. I replaced the flex pipe from my sump pump with PVC and trenched the pipe through my yard into a dry well. Ted was responsive (via text or phone), assessed the situation, took notes, provided suggestions and formal estimates, confirmed a date, showed up, and got the job done!

Ted was a pleasure to work with. He met all the expectations he set. When he was delayed due to previous job running long he texted and let me know . He installed a new hot water heater in our home (135 years old). Nothing is ever plumb or easy. There were some difficulties which he addressed. When we had an issue with hot water on the shower later he answered my text within hours and arrived later that day. It was a problem with the shower regulator that he did not install. He corrected it right away. While he was there he installed a light in the bathroom that completed our renovation. We are very happy. He takes pride in his work very respectful , cleans up his work space when finished. I would highly recommend Ted.
