Took over a week for someone to come to my house. I am in the process of remodeling my entire home and was needing a gas line to be moved approximately 8 feet. After the guy finally made it by, I never even received a quote. Completely delayed the job.

I've called Dan at Doc's plumbing for emergencies 3 times in a year! Every time, they show up within a few hours, solve the problem and remain reasonably priced. Stopped up drainage in the main bathroom due to old Fort Lauderdale pipes. A sprinkler gusher in the front yard after the landscapers cracked a pvc line and the beat goes on for us homeowners... They came out and did a great job ! He was quick, efficient and they were very affordable. I was apprehensive in scheduling with a plumber right now because my industry is getting hit hard and I am watching every penny. I went ahead and did it because we needed to get the issue fixed. I was really biting my nails when he handed me the bill. However, it was very fair and a lot less then what I expected. In addition, like I said, he did the job lickety split ! Thank you !

I called cause my neighbor used them. Said hey my faucet is leaking and my bedroom needs a replaced faucet probably both 2 bathrooms and hey while I have 3 let's just go for all three. Well the lively and non timid phone lady said ohhhhh... that should not be a problem...the guy that showed up was great.. but then they said we'll let you know and tell me that I need 2 new faucets...and charged 120 just to look at them for the 1st visit...(.think I just told them that before they even showed up ) oh shocker... so my diagnosis was to get new faucets ....and 120 dollars on Friday just to let me know what I told them , i needed a few new faucets ...I called Monday saying how much ... we'll it was not known yet as the Friday notes were not read yet... I Asked when during the week that it might get read.... well they basically laughed at me and said they would get back to me .... they never did... I get it ....I was desperate for getting my sink's fixed and they were just over my Freaked out attitude of having no water .... guess we couldn't work together as they never called me back even after I said oh my sink has a water drain line broke and you gave me an estimate of what I said was the problem ..... they never came back to do the work... I thought the 120 first visit would go to the fixing of the work. No, they never came back , they never answered the phone....They did deliver some really bad attitude though...oh honey keep walking I wouldn't give them another chance with ALL THAT TUDE THEY THREW MY WAY.. Why isn't there any good local plumbers that have your back?

Doc's Plumbing was recommended to me by several people and they scheduled a 1pm appointment for today, they called beforehand, showed up exactly on time, replaced a water heater that was not easy to get to, and did an amazing job! Well priced, professional, and had to """"adjust"""" on location, great job!

So professional, so efficient, and right on par with what you would expect to pay for top notch quality service. I love the fact that I'm dealing with a company that answers the phone, asks the right questions regarding your issue, and immediately schedules and completes the work! It's crazy bc that is what you just would expect from any business yet it's become somewhat rare these days. Well not with Doc's. I'm telling you from this man who's 44 years old, able to perform most home projects, just knows when a job is out of his reach...and if they can handle the issue I gave them, they definitely got yours covered!

We hired Doc's plumbing to install a new dishwasher. Setting the appointment was a breeze. The plumber showed up on time and did a great job of installing the machine. I'll definitely call them again.

Doc's was recommended to me and I'm so glad I made the call. Plumbing issues are scary because you never know how deep the problem is. Thankfully mine wasn't so bad. Kameron was the Tech who came out. Very professional, courteous, honest and did a great job quickly! The estimate given was pretty spot on (again because my issue wasn't worse than expected). I'd totally use them again and highly recommend! Just a side note: if you use a credit card there is a small service fee. I didn't care, since I haven't had checks in years. But for some it's an issue.
