The Worst plumbing company ever!! My home insurance company refer us to this company. I dont wy they are refer us here. They are very rude, sarcastic, unprofessional and bad smart.
The one thing that made me mad was that they write to the insurance company sum false report so the insurance wouldnt cover for the expenses.. Its all about the biz.. I just paid 80dollars for nothing.. Such a waste of time
!! They dont even deserve a 1.

waste of time they even forgot they were here for a warranty issue and never called follow up or came back....waste of my money and time!

PLEASE READ IT BEFORE DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
The story happened a month ago. So I am not angry now and I am just writing to give warning to other people.
My water heater blew up and I asked my plumber to come over and shut the valves off. As the valves was old and did not close properly he opened the connector and I asked him to put a new shutoff valve for hot water also. Without a shut off valve at warm water line if you open both taps water comes out of the open end of the line.
Then I called Old Republic home protection company as I had insurance with them. They told me that they have to send their own plumber to come over and inspect it. The day after I got a call from DOCs plumbing company and they set an schedule with me to come and see. The guy came over and start inspecting the water heater. Suddenly, he said that the warm water is disconnected and he cannot inspect it. I told him that if I open the cold water he can easily check the leakage (it was not a small leakage). He doesn't need to connect the warm water but he insisted. I get the warm water connected the day after and then I again called them to come over. So I had to pay again !!
2 hours before he came I thought that it is better to open the water to the hole position to be ready to show him the leakage. Unfortunately, the tank got filled and suddenly burst. 40 gallons of water was coming out of the water heater. I struggled for TWO HOURS to collect the mess. I used every tool I had to So I had to pay again empty the water. I took some pictures of the mess and I am ok to share them if anyone is interested.
Anyway, he came over and started inspection again. Then he listed these items:
1- We need to install a pan
2- We need to cut and install the pipes from a higher position (useless IMO)
3- we need to increase the size of gas pipe (I had no problem at all with that)
Then, he went and they called me from the insurance company the day after. They told me that I have to pay $280 for the three items above. WHAT !!!??? I asked for cash in lieu and they told me that they give me $590 only:
THAT MEANS:
40 GALLON WATER HEATER + SHIPMENT + INSTALLATION = $590 (paid by insurance)
pan + two pipe cutting + change of flexible pipe = $280 (paid by you) + $60 service call fee
It is ridiculous, isn't it. I think this is the way they do business. They try to make as much as excuses as they can to get more money from you to compensate the small money they get from the insurance company. You wanna verify it just call them and ask how much money they need to replace a 40 gallon water heater.
In my opinion DOCs plumbing is the least honest company I have ever had business with.

Doc's Plumbing was dispatched today when our tenants reported a loud buzzing noise coming from the water heater that is less than 3 years old. Since this was my initial claim through Colonial Home Warranty, I was not sure how quickly they would work to mitigate the reported issue. To my joy, Colonial immediately contacted Doc's Plumbing, who in turn, contacted me to set up a time with my tenant (same day).
Doc's Technician was curtious, on time and extremely professional. I would highly recommend Doc's Plumbing and Colonial as both have met my expectation on providing exceptional customer service.

These are the rudest people I have ever had the misfortune to allow into my home. HOME OWNERS BEWARE !!!! They will need to return to your home 3 or 4 times, state to the home warranty company, who believes them over you, that there was nothing wrong, (although they will do some adjustments, and/or replacements) and you will be charged a co-pay for each return visit before they finally do the job right. They will not even come close to attempting to schedule your appointment at a convenient time. The owners hold no one accountable. The plumbers will act they are Albert Einstein, and treat you like you are brain dead. If it wasn't illegal, they would get what is coming to them by the homeowner, if you get my drift. I have never hated anyone, but they taught me the meaning of HATE !!!! I hate Doc's Plumbing

The worst; rude, unprofessional, unethical. I agree with the previous reviewer - they are playing games with the home warranty company. Stay Away!

I've had these guys do a few run-of-the-mill plumbing fixes maybe 2 or 3 times through my home warranty. They did an acceptable job each time. No real complaints. I wouldn't call them super-friendly, but that isn't exactly what I demand from a plumber. The only other hit against them is that they are used by the home warranty company. The home warranty companies generally use only the lowest bidders. Make of that what you will.

I had a clogged pipe and my home warrantee refered me to Doc's Plumbing. They gave a 4 hour window for me to wait at home. The plumber came out, barely spoke to me, didn't even lift up the toilet but told me that he'd have to remove the toilet in order to clear the drain--and that he didn't have enought time to do that today (after I'd waited 4 hours!). So he came back the next day (another 4 hour window) and lifted the toilet, stared at it for a long time, went out and called his boss, and came in to say he hadn't seen a toilet like that before and couldn't clear the clog through the toilet. He said he just had to ""walk away."" So I called a different plumber (JJ Rooting and Plumbing, if you're interested) and Jorge was at my house an hour and a half later (exactly when he said he's be; no four hour window) and cleared the clog no problem.

This company was assigned to do some repairs at my home by Fidelity National Home Warranty.
Just got off the phone with their CSR regarding a follow-up visit--they needed to order some more parts to be installed at my property.
The man on the phone was very unprofessional. Throughout the conversation, he talked as if he had something more important to tend to. His curt replies were condescending and rude, imparted with impatience. At the end of the call, I asked for his name and he simply hung up the phone.
I don't know whether the behavior of that employee was affected due to the nature of the service request. Perhaps, because their client, i.e. the one paying them, is Fidelity Home Warranty, they do not feel a need to provide courteous service to me.
Regardless, I would stay away from this company if I were looking for a plumber independently. I might just try to fix the problem myself and tell FHW to cancel the repair order. (Asking them to assign another plumbing company would cost me another $60 service fee)

I had a very bad experience with Doc's plumbing. I think they are playing games with Home Insurance. When making an appointment, they want 4 hour window waiting time. I had to stay at home from my work. They are very rude. When I ask them question, they answer in a tone sarcastic voice. When I wait for them to give me an invoice, they wait outside in the car and want me to look for them. The most terrible experience is: They said they couldn't fix a part , I fix myself by go to HomeDepot and spent ten bucks myself. What a waste time to wait for them, deal with their annoying rude behaviors!!!
