I truly don't believe you can find anybody better than Doc's for this type of a job!! I called regarding a problem with gunk coming up in the basement shower and in the washing machine with water all over the floor from running a load of wash. I initially spoke to Richard on the phone and he was extremely helpful. He promised that Cory would be out within 2-3 hours that same afternoon and apologized he couldn't get here sooner. They truly stand behind their work and want it to be done right. They guarantee it. Cory is an extremely polite, friendly young man and was absolutely fantastic demonstrating care for our property throughout completion of the job. He remained intent on seeing the job through to both his satisfaction and ours.

I was really worried about calling a drain cleaning service with which I was unfamiliar. So I called my HVAC service provider. I am so thankful for the recommendation I received from Berniece at High Altitude Heating and Air (HAHA). See my review for HAHA. They're fantastic as well and I trusted her referral. I'm glad I did!!

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Excellent service and price. I called with an issue two previous plumbers could not fix. Between the two that couldn't fix it I paid a total of $785.00! They both told me that because the snake kept getting stuck at 65 feet and they couldn't get through any further that I had a collapsed pipe or major tree root damage and would need extensive repairs. I waited days on each company to come too. I called Doc's on a recommendation and he was at my house in under 30 minutes. I told him the issue and how much I've already paid for my still yet unresolved issue. He said he'd try and if he couldn't get through the blockage, he wouldn't charge me. Guess what! He and his co-worker did get through! They got through to over 110 feet and cleared the blockage. He also told me I do not have a broken pipe and as a matter of fact it wasn't my roots it was from the roots of a neighboring tree. His prices are reasonable and his a very fair and kind man. He said we're neighbors and will be here anytime we need him. Wonderful service and now my forever go to guy.

I had an estimate completed in June. Now that I'm trying to schedule they are unresponsive. I will update if they ever respond. I called them last Friday, the guy said they would call to finalize everything on Monday. Monday comes, no call, I call on Wednesday, the phone is disconnected. I email Wednesday, no response. I call again today, the phone is disconnected.

They get the drain snaked out & toilet pulled for around $180. They always say it's rough....1st clean out EVER...they said that. :0) They are not high pressure sales. I still think they're one of the best companies out there.

My drains got clogged and it caused flooding in my house. Cory was able to get here quickly and spent hours fixing the problem. He didn't seem bothered and was incredibly friendly the entire time. He made the whole process way less stressful. The price was very reasonable as well! Especially for how difficult and time consuming the job was. I will be using Cory and Docs drain cleaning for all future jobs.

The guy who came was nice and honest. Gave me advice on what to do in the future with my pipes. Even gave advice for when selling our house. We really appreciated the company. The prices were fairly cheap too!!

I hope this saves even one family from wasting their money! I Never Write Reviews. This Experience Was So Bad It Was Worth It!

Had this company come out in November 2019 for backed up shower.

Chris the worker showed up with an apathetic attitude, however showed him the project and he insisted although my shower was the original issue, he needed to go through the toilet to clear. So he pulled toilet and began the work.

A short while later he said he was done, showing a couple of VERY TINY roots claiming this was the issue, said it was common and he had cleared it. Seemed to me like there was no way that could have been the issue considering how little he cleared, but I am not a plumber and trusted the word of the ""professional"". He said might need to do this as a maintenance every 12months-18months, but good to go.

He then tried to charge me $185 when told from the office was $160 (more below). I of course at this point was getting frustrated and told him I would pay what was quoted, which he begrudgingly accepted.

Not a great experience, but at this time, supposedly the issue was fixed and I was ready to just move on.

HOWEVER, NOW IN MARCH just 4 months later......

Shower, Toilet everywhere backed up over my floors! Called into Sandy, calmly and politely explained the situation above and requesting the issue be resolved by a different plumber other than Chris.

Sandy immediately went on the defensive claiming we were under-charged and there was NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE ON THEIR WORK and we would need to pay them to come out again! Dumbfounded, I asked her ""wait you want to charge me again, that is how you want to handle this?"" She said ""yeah that is how I am handling this"" and hung up! Absolute abysmal sense of customer service!

PLEASE do not use this company! Was a terrible experience from beginning to end. You can't trust what they say or their work. I hope this saves at least one family from wasting their money!
