Provided an incorrect analysis of the issue. Was sent by the insurance company then submitted their report to the insurance to ensure that insurance wouldn't cover the issue. It ended up being a very inexpensive fix that they tried to charge us over $1500 for.
It's sad that you can only guarantee your work for 30 days. Also your company keeps saying it was the master bath that you worked on but it was actually the guest bathroom which we hardly use so I don't know how that could break in 6 months.
Maybe our guests were too strong or they just kept pulling on the handle for fun or however else they could have broken it????? , I cant fathom how it could break so easily . just wondering .
Btw Chris , it is always best to reply professionally , no need to shout at your customers when replying . No wonder you have a lot of negative reviews not only because of your work but also regarding customer service!
So looks like you still can't communicate - like I tried to explain to you over the phone, I never received any emails from your office - I even checked my spam several times. I left a message on your voice mail when the contact info was given by AHS and before you even tried to call. There is no reasons why I made up all the stories as I have plumbing issues at home and needed to fix it. Just like the way you yelling on the phone your writing is all in caps...
A different provider answered the phone, scheduled the appointment and the tech fix the problem in 2 minutes.
I rest my case!

John at dockside I believe has mental issues he ranted on my phone for over 10 min. I was in disbelief and finally just hung up...call AirPro they were good...stay away from dockside please
The dockside plumbing company was sent by American HS to fix the clog. the dockside pluming tech came in without a snake. The tech Jose, did absoluteLu nothing but handed his buddy's business card for hydrojetting. He put on the invoice saying he tried to unclog the pipe with snake multiple times. STRAIGHT Out a lie. STAY AWAY.
I called another plumber and it took 10 mins to fix the clog for $80.

Bad customer service and very unprofessional, staff and the manager Chris. As i was told they will not come out if i dont answer my phone when the tech calls 20 mins before. I told them even if i dont answer someone will be at the home and he says no that is not how we work, if you dont answer we will not go out. After confirming the appointment due to a severe water leak and after me telling him the way they speak to customers is unprofessional, there is no need to be rude or yell, i get a text saying they cancelled my appointment. I contacted our management company and will contact Americal Home Shield to not use this company due to them being so unprofessional and rude to customers.

This manager has me in a scared state of mind for myself and my family! He keeps messaging back and forth on this issue and doesn't want to admit he and his staff were rude. I am scared he will do something in retaliation. What kind of manager acts like this to customers and people!?

This manager doesn't stop. I get he hates bad reviews, but hey don't treat innocent people like garbage. Chris please stop with the private messages as well as defaming me, i get your upset but let this be a lesson learned that when you have a potential customer to treat them with respect and don't defame them just because you were rude and they write a bad review, this is the whole reason for yelp so people can express their happiness or issues with a company and prevent other people going through what i did. This is just insane you keep on and on, please stop. May your business grow in success and have a wonderful day!
Called our warranty company on 9/1 to report bathroom flooding and they assigned Docside Plumbing. Someone from Docside reached out and informed my husband that we should shut the water off and not use the bathroom until they get a technician out which was going to be on 9/5. I wasn't ok with the waiting so many days but it was a holiday weekend so I understood. Two technicians came and were literally here for less than 20 minutes and to only tell me that they had no access to clean outs in the front or backyard so they couldn't do anything and they just left. Left an note stating they needed authorization to move toilet. Im a woman I don't know what that even meant so I asked my neighbor hey do you have a cleanout? And my neighbor said we all do and he showed me where it is and it's literally in the front yard. How does not one but 2 techs not find it? I will be calling AHS in hopes I could get my $ back and to send a different company.
These incompent people have been to my home twice and as a result my sunken hard wood living room was destroyed. The leak was not detected. They didn't follow through with the leak detection. This is costing thousands to repair and they are accepting no responsibility for their inability or lying.
