Our toilet stopped working properly and was leaking water. Also our garbage disposals motor burnt out. The boys came out installed a disposal that was faulty I immediately called dockside and within 15 minutes the Calvary showed up and replaced the disposal with a new one and made things right. Not the next day. 15 minutes later. Perfect

When you call them they are always trying to evade responsibilities, the 2 guys that did the work at home were really nice but whoever is behind the phone is really rude... they installed a new water heater and right after one of my faucets started spraying hot water abnormally and didn't work anymore. We called them and they said that's nothing to do with them. They said they will be doing some reforms and they just replaced the tank and 2 hoses...

Oh wow no wonder their reviews show 2.5 stars. If I could leave a 0 I absolutely would. The company was sent through AHS home warranty. Tammy whoever she is has very poor customer service. From the beginning of the phone conversation Tammy had a very bad attitude and was very rude even though all I was trying to do is get a clarification on what has happened at the property they were dispatched to. When I was trying to explain to her the situation the owner took over and started yelling at me. Horrible Customer service or better said the lack of! If you're a homeowner or a property manager make sure to stay away from these people if you're in Las Vegas. And if you get them though the home warranties please make sure you request a different vendor. Because these people are terrible to deal with.

Garbage disposal leaking, Carlos came was here on time! Put in new quieter disposal, ran it, checked for leaks gone in 45 minutes! Friendly and clean. Perfect service call!

I'm giving it one review because they're technician. Carlos was a fantastic guy. Installed our hot water heater and was very professional.

As a lot of the other comments, said, the office manager is a complete lunatic and very unprofessional . Unfortunately, AHS Assigned this company to us. We had a misunderstanding on who is supposed to pay the balance due. Since I am the renter, I would assume that they could build the homeowner but apparently they have no possible way of doing that so they threaten to rip out the hot water heater if I didn't pay right then.

Not only that she would not order the hot water heater and was requiring to have the stand rebuilt first, and then order the hot water heater, which was going to take three or four more days to install leaving us with hot water all that time

Unless your home warranty company forces you to use these people I suggest finding another plumbing company

You can respond to this all you want because nobody really cares about your responses. All they are doing is looking at the number of stars you're getting on your reviews and when you're constantly getting bad reviews for your customer service, maybe you guys need to look in the mirror and stop making excuses..

FOLLOW UP: the owner just called and threatened me that he was going to post my private information (phone number) on this site because he didn't like my review

FOLLOW UP #2: apparently you're reading comprehension is as bad as your Customer Service. No where in that text chain does it say I would pay for it.

No wonder they have 2.5 stars. Very inpatient, not helpful and unpleasant from the time of making the service appointment. Stay away!!

My drain valve on my water heater had been leaking and the water company sent me a new valve and set me up with dockside to install. They called me and checked in before I even received the part to install and made sure to have me call them and let them know as soon as I got it to make an appointment. They came out the next morning and installed it in no time. The owner of the company (I think Chris) came out and knew what he was doing. He was friendly and professional and even gave me some advice on another project that I have going on at the moment. I would definitely recommend dockside and will be my first call if I need anything else taken care of. Thank you!
