The plumbers who showed up were rude, broke the pipe on the toilet they attempted to install, didn't take responsibility for it, didn't want to fix it, and water leaked all over the floor. They had agreed to connect water to the kitchen sink, but when they arrived, they didn't want to do that work. When we tried to have some electrical work done, the person didn't seem to know what to do, and he refused to install lights in the hall ceiling. Don't bother with this company. When I tried to email them to complain, their email on their website doesn't work. I filled out their form to complain about their terrible service, and they never contacted me to apologize or try to fix the problem they caused. Find someone else.

Cannot recommend. They were fine a few years back but as of late they are a disaster. They installed the plumbing after we replaced our countertops and it started to leak. Made a morning appointment weeks prior to the schedule date and they no call no showed later claiming the work was to be done in the afternoon. They just couldn't be honest up front. Called later and the one person there is really rude (ironic to be in a service industry). Fast forward months and the rude person is still there, answering phones. Apparently the have been bought out by someone named """"Trent"""" and this is the result.

I called to get an estimate for installing two light fixtures. I also wanted their placement in my ceiling moved from where the original fixtures were installed. They came out the next morning, gave me an estimate and then sent two electricians within a couple of hours so it all got done in one day. They were friendly and answered my questions. They got the work done and even swept and vacuumed before they left. I'm very pleased and will call them again if I need something else done.

At 9 a.m. I noticed our hot water tank was leaking. We are new to the area and didn't have a plumber. Ask a friend and she said to call Dockery first. By 3:15 these kind folks picked up a new tank and installed it. Very reasonable rates. Plumbers explained everything they were doing including a need for a new release valve. Would recommend them in a heart beat. Thanks Dockery!

Service was ok...had to return(after having call back to remind them) to complete service. Five?! hours of service, service call charge and Freon-$850. At these rates, it is easy to see why they were available for immediate service. They got my money this time, next time, not. Caveat emptor: be sure and get an idea of what they charge...$85 per hour!

I have used Dockery's Heating &Air on several occasions and the quality of their work and speed to respond are exceptional. They ran a gas line for a pottery kiln through demanding conditions with a genuine ease and expertise. They even installed dual regulators and safety valves, increasing the robustness and reliability of the supply line. This is great peace of mind when firing a kiln up to 2,400 degrees! They have also fixed our dual fuel heater on a cold day in January, the same day I called and asked for help. These folks are definitely go-to contractors when these type of services are needed.
