TLC came in to repair 100ft of sewer line in a busy street that had been laid incorrectly. They beat the odds and found a creative way to fix a situation with very little room for error, all for a very reasonable price. Very responsive and professional. They saved the day.

To say they saved the day might be an understatement. We received a water alarm from our security company on a Sunday morning and, upon arriving back home, found sewage (yes, disgusting!) backing up into our utility closet through a floor drain. After quickly discovering most plumbers in Santa Fe either don't work on Sunday or simply aren't interested in working on Sunday, we found TLC. Not only did they promptly answer their phones but within 1 hour we had Gabriel at our house diagnosing the problem. A clog on the main line was blocking drains for our entire cul de sac. Easy enough to fix and Gabriel was up to the task. While we did have the whole sewage thing to deal with, the problem was fixed on Sunday. No need to evacuate the house for a hotel, no need to dig up the property, and no need to ever call another plumber ever again. A+ work, TLC.

The home we purchased has an elaborate closet of pipes and gauges for the radiant floor heating. When the radiant heat was on, there was no hot water for the rest of the house. Long story short, 4 plumbing companies later...and the only solution THEY had was to redo the whole thing for $12,000+. We called TLC to get one more opinion. After collaborating with my son, husband and their team, it was narrowed down to a faulty valve. TLC replaced it...and gave us excellent advice for the future of our Kitec plumbing (that's a whole bad situation in itself). So, to the point....Ryan Catanach and his apprentice(s) were attentive, they listened, they gave us options and they fixed the problem. It was truly a pleasure to work with them...they are a great team...they answer the phone....they get back to you. I'm so relived we never have to call another plumber...we got our team set! Oh, and the prices were very reasonable.

Will NEVER use this company. I even cringe when I see their trucks or hear their adds. Used them 2x. Just got worse. Don't know about basic plumbing, but would not consider them for any HVAC system.
