We r!ecently had a pipe burst on the outside of our house that leaked into our basement. I called Doc Mechanical and within a 1/2 hour they were at my house to shutdown the leak. Next day came back to fix the issue ! Very dependable, office very quick to respond to my emails and phone calls very professional. Both Eddie and Brian walked me through each step so I could understand what needed to be done. As a side note they were the first plumber that actually turn off the main water to my house since it was old and rusted shut! This was the 3rd time we've used them and they are coming back to give estimates on other work we need done. We will NEVER use any other service. This company goes over and beyond for their customers. Wish they had higher than a 5 star rating *********!

Water from our bathtub and toilet would not drain, so I reached out to Doc. Erin was very pleasant and helped me coordinate service. It wasn't an emergency but they fit me in first thing the next day. The service was tremendous. Very communicative and professional. Within an hour they had completed the job. Going a step above and they also replaced a valve that they noticed needed replacement. I'll most certainly be using Doc again and would highly recommend them.

Since moving into our home 4 years ago, we've had a number of times where we needed a plumber. (Frozen pipe, leaking toilet, replace a vanity). And every time, I've always been happy with the response time, quality of service and fair prices from Doc Mechanical. Last week was the craziest request yet. The tank of our toilet broke in the middle of the night! (suspected crack in the back finally gave way). In the morning (after my daughter stopped the water and cleaned it up the night prior without our knowledge), I wasn't remotely stressed. I knew I could call Doc Mechanical and they'd help fix it. And by the afternoon, a brand new toilet was installed and the broken toilet removed from my home. It definitely removes the stress, when you know exactly who to call in a house emergency! Had Doc Mechanical out last week to fix a water leak. Pat and his team did an amazing job. The leak is not in an easy place and instead of opening up the floor to get the leak fix (the easy way) they opened up the ceiling (long harder way) to fix the leak. Highly recommend them for future work.

We are very pleased with Doc Mechanical. I called on a Friday morning when our tankless Paloma water heater stopped working and was displaying an error code. We are new homeowners, so we weren't entirely sure how well the previous owners cared for the unit. Doc Mechanical came out within 2 hours and thoroughly cleaned the entire unit. Our water is hotter than before, and we haven't had an issue since. Servicing fee was very fair!

Fantastic company to work with! They took care of a lot of our plumbing needs from rodding, to pipe replacement, to pump replacement. The owners are very honest, down to earth good people. They've made several good recommendations and don't try to upsell you on things or services you don't need. The service was speedy and they stand behind their jobs. Rates were very reasonable with excellent customer service. This is my go-to plumbing company and would highly recommend to anyone.

Had a stubbornly clogged kitchen drain that resisted everything I could throw at it. Called Doc Mechanical and they came out to do what plumbers do.
