I started out thinking that maybe this service was going to be good. They get their foot in the door, start your job... get half way through and move on to the next one.

No integrity in keeping their word or completion of work.

DO NOT PAY THEM ALL UP FRONT! If you hire them for a big job...You will be left waiting weeks or months for the simplest of things to be completed.

Like running water.

I would Not recommend this plumbing company, owner is a smooth talker and over promises and under delivers in his services. Takes to long to complete our service job! Also very unprofessional with matters. I suggest reading other poor reviews posted; since it very similar to my experience with this company. Plus, still have not heard from him on last request to receive closing documents for work completed, Thumbs Down!

I know that much like a mechanic, finding a good and trustworthy plumber is quite a challenge. I am lucky that I found Doc Joe's. My bathroom sink was draining VERY slowly, so I called on Thursday for a Saturday appointment. The woman who took my call was very friendly and helpful, and explained everything in detail to me. I was given a two hour window, and the plumber showed up right within that time frame, as promised. Sean was very friendly and professional. While I had initially called to have my drain snaked, Sean found that the reason was with my drain stopper being congested. He cleaned it out, and the drain started working wonderfully. The best part - because it was such a quick and easy fix, there was no charge. I am so happy that I found Doc Joe's! I am already planning on using them when I re-pipe my house.

YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH DOC JOE'S! JUST LOOK FOR THE BRIGHT YELLOW VAN!

Super excellent service and super professional and friendly people! Highly recommend!! After an unfortunate water pipe break in the early morning, I was fortunate to find this company on Yelp. The lady at the front desk is also super friendly and helpful. I called them at 7:45 am, and I asked when technicians can arrive. She said she can guarantee by 8:15 am, and guess what, Dwight and Billy arrive at my house at 8:14 am!! They quickly found the problem and said they will buy the materials and come back to fix it. Because I have to go to work, they offer to come back when I return, even though the time I get home is 6:30 pm! When I get home, at 6:30 sharp, I called them and Billy answered, ""we are outside your garage door"". They are so sharp on time like firefighters! Dwight did a wonderful job replacing the pipes and also super fast. I'm amazed that this company have such hardworking and helpful technicians. The price is pretty fair too. Hands down the best plumbers in the area!

Scott and Dwight came over and saved the day! My bathroom has not been working well for months...it was gradually getting worse. I finally bit the bullet and decided to call the plumber. I found this company through Yelp. Scott came over the same day and tried to snake it w/out much success. Next morning, he returned with Dwight, pulled my toilet out and we were all surprised to see that a tree root was growing into my pipes. They pulled it out and re-sealed my toilet. Both were very friendly, professional and courteous. I highly recommend them! And they did not try to gouge me, like the previous guy I found on Yelp. Will definitely call them back!

I had a clogged toilet and had tried the boiling water, dish soap, and wire coat hanger method to no avail. I called at 6:30, they came at 7:30, and fixed it in two minutes. The plumber, Sean, was really nice. The original phone estimate was $89, but he said it was an easy fix and did it for free!

I should have researched this company before I called them. They are, in my opinion, horrible. The entire company has little or no customer service skills. It is amazing that they continue to stay in business. Total flakes! Call them for an estimate and they do not show for three days, and that is after me bugging them to come out. They do not call back or reply to emails. Sean and company are all flakes. I would not recommend them for any work. They may be cheap, but they do not show on time and try to add extra unneeded work, and expect to be paid for work not completed! If you are looking for a plumber, do your homework, and think twice about choosing this plumbing company.

I should have listened to the people who gave negative reviews. If you're gonna use their service just be prepared to have your plans stalled and your time wasted.

All of the plumbers, appliance repair guys, and electricians i have had the experience of working with ALWAYS gave me a courtesy call to let me know that theyre on their way. This plumber didnt! I had to call their office twice to ask where he is and if he's on his way. They said he should be at our house any time now. Finally towards the end of the 2 hour window they gave me, i called again to ask where the plumber is. The guy on the phone told me he'd ask the plumber to give us a courtesy call.. But still, NO SHOW, NO COURTESY CALL. So i called again, and the guy on the phone once again, promised me he will ask the plumber to give us a call.

If he was running late or got lost, or if he couldnt show up, he should at least let us know! Instead of making us look stupid waiting for nothing! i called their office a total of FOUR TIMES, But still, no call from the plumber himself.

Doc Joe's should know that for people who are busy, who work or make plans for their day, 2 hours wasted is a lot of time wasted!

Finally 20 minutes after the 2 hour window they gave me, when i was about to give up on the company, the plumber finally called and showed up to the door.

Scott was friendly and knowledgable. He was even willing to give us a discount, maybe because he knew he was late. That's one star for you doc joes. But he wanted us to replace our entire sink when all it needed was resealing. We thought that was a stupid advice from a person who thinks we are gullible enough to say yes to everything he says. He also seemed in a hurry, well first of all you were already late, and now you look so rushed like you dont wanna take a decent amount of time to try to help us??

The second star was earned by the lady and the gentleman on the phone who were both very polite to me. Other than that, this plumbing company sucks!

They pissed me off on a Sunday morning so there goes your Yelp stars, the recommendation to my fellow homeowners, and the money you guys could have earned from my problematic bathroom plumbing.

I called Doc Joe's and asked them for an estimate on some plumbing work needed for an addition. They sent out a plumber named Sean Berg. Sean was very polite and said he would email me a thorough estimate later that same day. That never happened. I called his office back several times over the course of three days and asked for my estimate. Each time I was told Mr. Berg would call me back, but he never did. I hate dealing with flaky people...a complete waste of my time.

Beware this company is very unprofessional. They want almost all the money upfront before the work is even half way finished. A lot of times they didn't show up when they were scheduled to work and when they did show up they are in a rush and did sloppy work. I do not want anyone to have to go through what we went through when dealing with Sean Berg. Big thumbs down from me!!
