Long story: I thought I had a small water leak in my restroom so I just randomly went on yelp to find just any plumber to do the job. Then when doc joes came over we found out it was a big leaking problems at two different place in my house below the slabs. so I filed water damage to my insurance company statefarm.... statefarm said they will only cover certain areas of this damage , but to repair and put everuthing back to normal will cost $22k , thats right $22k! Holy jesus the lord! I dont have $18k just laying around (statefarm said they will cover $4k) sean and darla from doc joes just went on a battle with statefarm , long battle but it was well worth it . They manage to have the insurance paid for the whole $22k! I dont know how to thank them enough for all they ve done for me , without sean and darla , I'd probably have to sell my gtr to fix the water damages . I m so glad Ive found doc joes on yelp. Big jobs, small jobs please give doc joes a call, they will go out of their way to make it happen for you: they did miracle for me!! Sean , darla thank you so much for everything keep up the good work! The neighbor needs good people like y'all!!

They came out...we thought they fixed the problem and a month later we had the same problem! No hot water...called them back they said that they would be out...never showed..called again and they said they were busy with a bigger job and when they were done with it they would give us a call...even after I told them I have small children and we need hot water! Also the first time they tried to fix our water heater they were supposed to bring our change back and they never did! They are thieves! I wouldn't trust them

Sean came and did a great job fixing our water heater. He even took a look at our dishwasher and fixed it, too! I'm giving them 4 stars because they came out a day later than what was communicated on the phone.

worst customer service ever seen in my life.Never returns your calls back,incomplete work.First of all don,t even call them,if by mistake call them,make sure PAY THEM after job is done,once they leave with money and say will finish the tomorrow---------------------forget will never show up

We have a major leak coming from our second floor. Made an appointment this morning for them to show up today between 3 and 5. They never showed. No courtesy call, nothing. Typical flake. I'll call someone else.

My laundry washing machine gave a huge headache, the sewer line was clogged of my washing machine. I tried using a snake from the Home Depot, Baking Soda, and Vinegar, but had no luck in unclogging the clog in my sewer line. I used Yelp to browse for a plumber and came across Doc Joe. I spoke with Sean and they were here the next day. The only reason why they were here the next day was because I was really busy the day that I called Doc Joe. Sean and his partner came and in about 15 minutes they had resolved the problem. They were really friendly and honest, honesty is something that many people lack on these days; I highly recommend getting Sean to help you with your plumbing issues. Doc Joe specializes in residential and commercial plumbing, don't wait and give them a call. When billing came around, I found the bill to be extremely reasonable and affordable.

For future plumbing issues call Doc Joe, these guys know how to do their job and are professionals.

I called this morning and they came out about an hour later! The guy who came out to fix our shower drain was SUPER nice and quick! They gave us a discount for liking their Facebook page and came out right away. He knew we were kind of in a hurry to get our shower fixed and he did not waste any time and he was very personable! He did not bring the right tool to clear the drain but he solved that problem really quickly and he cleaned up his mess! Next time my roommate and I have a plumbing problem, we are calling Doc Jone's for sure!

Woke up to find our home flooded. :( Turned off the water, cleaned up the mess & went hunting for a plumber that could come out ASAP. Luckily I called Doc Joe and could not be happier with my experience. Seth came out right away and was very professional. He found the problem & solved it in record time. I breathed a sigh of relief when I saw the bill--VERY REASONABLE AND FAIR PRICE!! I will definitely call them again when I am in need of a plumber. Thanks again!!
