Used Website to set up appointment for estimate, because they came recommended. They called 3 days later. Setup appointment over the phone with Plumber. Day of appointment no show. Called. Person answering phones could not find appointment. Never apologized for their error, which tells me they may not stand behind their work. They offered to see if the Plumber who scheduled it may be able to come out 4 hours later, just a may, working on another job. Decided not. Decided a company lacking in good customer service is not a company I would feel comfortable in working with. ONTARIO CA

Beware, I had clogged sink drain at my condo. A simple job cost me 500 dollars. Sean told me that it is a tough job since I am sharing the same pipe with my neighbor. Everything was fine and my kitchen sink is clogged again in a few months. I was so mad and not ready for another 500. I went to Walmart and got a bottle of liquid plumber. It works perfectly!

Sean just stopped by to fix my water heater; he got here at 7:30pm and just left at 7:51pm. I called at 3pm today, talk about great service!! Repair was simple and charged me nothing as heater was relatively new and repair was simple. Super honest!! Need our hot water on these cold days!!

A while back, Sean came to the house to repair my faucet. I had the kit, and he set to work. He adjusted our water pressure to remedy future faucet repairs. It's been a couple years now. No problems. I highly recommend Doc Joe's Plumbing.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! ABSOLUTE CLOWNS!!!! In an emergency they will tell you they'll be back out at 9am and by 11am no problem your clog will be fixed and you can use your shower. NOOPPPPEEEEE!!! No one ever showed up, I called after waiting for 2 hours. The guy on the phone said he's the after hours guy and someone will call us then hangs up. VERY RUDE! No one called us, a few hours later I call back and his phone is off voicemail box full. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, ZERO FOLLOW THROUGH. It's like don't promise you'll come back and we can shower just don't say anything at all. Don't lead the customer on!

WARNING! THIS COMPANY IS UNDEPENDABLE, DECEPTIVE, EXCEPTIONALLY UNRELIABLE, AND MISLEADING. AVOID USING DOC JOES AT ALL COSTS. Over the years, our sewer pipes have plugged up with tree roots. It usually involved running a snake machine to dislodge the tangled roots. Sometimes, plumbers we have used deployed a camera to view the extent of the situation before they started. Now, we will share our cautionary tale, in order to save you from our unpleasant experience. Long ago, Doc Joes Plumbing operated under a different owner. At that time, we used their service without complaint. Yesterday, at 9:30 a.m. I called Doc Joes and spoke to Shawn. I told him I needed a drain rooting, because our clean out pipe and toilet had overflowed with sewage waste. I told him it had begun to smell, as pieces of excrement were brought up in the debris out the pipe. I asked if his service included cleaning up the mess. He said yes, no problem. He told me he would come over in about 20 minutes. I waited patiently, listening for the doorbell, expecting him to arrive any moment; as time passed. At 11:53, I called again and he only offered excuses, indifferent to the time he had hijacked from me. Throughout the day, I often called my partner, the homeowner, informed him of the numerous delays, explanations, and my increasing irritation. My partner managed to came home on his lunch hour in order to watch the work being done. Finally, at around 12:30 p.m. Shawn showed up with a young assistant at the same time as my partner. Shawn grabbed our hose and sprayed the waste area until everything had dissolved. It took about 10-15 minutes. Abruptly, he claimed he had left the camera at his office. He said he would return shortly, so my partner and I waited and waited, until my partner had to return to work. He left around 1:15 p.m. By now my irritation had worsened into aggravation as Shawn continued to squander precious time that I would never get back. I had to reschedule appointments, and disrupt my plans; just to waste time waiting, while Shawn remained unresponsive, and unprofessional. I was the one who had to call to get a response, he failed to call at any time to keep me informed of his plans or whereabouts. A couple of times, I called and I got his message machine. At 2:20 p.m. he answered and his pretext was that his truck was loaded up, he had 4 cameras, and he was on a specific street just blocks away. He said he would arrive in a few minutes. Now; as I waited in vain, I realized how much time had passed dealing with his litany of justifications, excuses, arguments, false assurances, and all the while he expected me to overlook everything because of his flimsy, tiresome, excuses. He stole 4 hours of my time in the morning, until he showed up just to hose down some debris. None of his equipment was ever taken out of his truck to do our job. Now as I waited past 3:00pm, with the day wasted and only a piece of the whole job barely begun; I had reached a level of exasperation; where after at least 5 hours of my time had been stripped from my life; this fiasco had become unacceptable, inexcusable, dissatisfactory, and irksome. I felt cheated, deprived, drained, and it worsened by the minute. I made a call at 3:25. I raked him over the coals. I told him, I would pay for the time he took to hose the debris, and then the service is cancelled. Finally, he showed some dismay, and an apologetic attitude at my fuming frustration for a ruined day, with nothing to show for it. He feigned concern and subsequently offered to come back and do it for free. I feel myself just boiling with feelings of pent up frustration and stress. I told him if he would show up in the next few minutes, I would consider giving one more chance. To my amazement and annoyance, he remained consistently, infuriatingly, unreliable and he exacerbated the situation by brazenly telling me he could come at 4:45pm. I was livid at this final audacity of Shawn's incompetent behavior. He seemed unprofessionally, unconcerned that he had not completed the job in a timely manner, plus annoyed and frustrated a client to beyond acceptable perimeters; but continued to spout promises to"" make it up to me"", as he was endeavoring to make me wait; over an hour longer. I cancelled at that point; before he could further destroy what was left of my day. Luckily, at 4pm I located a reputable, trustworthy, reliable, nearby plumber, who fixed problem in 15 minutes and gave me discounts to rectify the terrible experience I had with Shawn. Now, my new plumber has restored my faith in an honest, reliable business dedicated to customer service. I advise you when the urgent need arises for plumbing, do not fall for the shameful practices that hide behind the thinly veiled empty promises of Shawn, and instead hire any other plumber in lieu of Doc Joes Plumbing, who were unmasked sporting their true colors, as well as; consistently surpassing their unreliability, and deception; when it suits them.

At 2am this morning, our wonderful neighbor came to our door to inform us that water was gushing out of the side of our home. After calling and leaving messages with several 24 hour plumbers, Doc Joe's Plumbing came to our rescue. Sean answered my early morning phone call, sent us an email confirming the service call and came within the hour to shut off the water to the pipe that had burst. Shortly after leaving our home, he also sent us a helpful estimate via email so we could have a better idea of how much the work would cost us. Sean was very polite every time we spoke, even at 3 in the morning. I would definitely recommend Doc Joe's for any late night emergencies.

I have used this plumber before and did not hesitate to call on there service again. What a big DISAPPOINTMENT. I was given an appointment between the hours of 7-9pm. I then received a txt which read the technician Sean would arrive at 6:30pm. 8pm rolls around and no technician, I called and left a message where is the technician? No response to my message so I called again at 9pm, Sean answers the phone. I explained to him about the txt I received. Sean states I will check to see what's going on and call you right back. No response back from Sean. 10pm called again and left a message. I can understand if the job your working on is taking longer than excepted but give your next job a courtesy call to let them know your running late or maybe to reschedule but to leave a customer hanging is so unprofessional needless to say I will NEVER use this plumber again. I wish I could give zero stars !!!

Absolutely THE worst plumbing service anywhere. I can't imagine anyone worse than Sean or Shawn. He installed our plumbing and when we spoke with him 3 WEEKS ago he remembered the house and where the AC units where. He said he would be right over for repairs he OWED us and for contract to work on the AC.

He didn't show so we contacted him again. His excuse was that he was on call. Well hello, we are a customer calling you. So he said he would come on Friday afternoon. Wait, wait. Wait actually still waiting as he never was man enough to even call to say he wasn't coming.

No concept of customers and doing the right thing by doing what you say you will do. We spent 3 weeks without hot water and AC because this moron just couldn't get to it.

We are calling someone else (as you should) and get both items working without having to deal with disreputable people. Shawn or Sean is not anyone you should ever consider using.

Not sure how their service is, but one of their drivers almost killed me and my son due to negligence and ramming thru a stop sign.
