They came right on time as promised, that is Always a good sign from any service. For an estimate. Even tho we explained to them what the problem was, They knew what steps had to be taken to fix the mess. The serviceman was cordial as well as professional.

Through our experiences with Doc Joes, their staff have always been very pleasant to work with. I would give them a 5 star for this.

I had made an appointment 4 days prior to the date of service and was informed that the staff would arrive between 8-10a. Unfortunately, no one had shown up during that time. I had called Doc Joes and was informed that the assignment was assigned to a staff different than who I originally expected. The staff came an hour later. Fortunately, I was not pressed for time so this allowed for flexibility.

Also, the service we needed was a powet jet wash of our kitchen pipe line. For a 30 minute service where water was pumped in and out of our pipes, the cost was $435. I do feel this is quite overpriced. I had spoken to our neighbor who confirmed that the service was overpriced and had referred us to another plumber company for future.

I had a small leak under my Mobile home and called 3 plumbers. Sean was the only one who called me back. Knowing it was going to cost extra for him to come out on a Sunday, I explained it was just a small leak and would it be cheaper for him to come on Monday. He explained he would not charge me extra and I said great because I have been out of work for a while. He said he had several other jobs to get to before mine but would be there between 5 - 6. Well he did run a little behind but he communicated this to me and stayed in touch because the other jobs ran over time. He got to my house and had it fixed in know time. I knew it wasn't anything major but he was nice enough to give me a discount because he was late. He was polite , courteous and professional. I will be recommending him to all of my neighbors and family. He could have called and said he was running way behind and could we do this tomorrow but he didn't. He should up and took care of the problem. Thank you Sean. I appreciate the help you gave me and the care and concern you took.

If this company does good work, I will never know. Initially, I called and spoke with Sean the owner, he was courteous and scheduled a time to see the issue on the same day between 8pm-9pm, He arrived at or after 9pm. He seemed knowledgeable and said he would come out Saturday morning between 7am-8am. He never called and did not show up. When I called his office close to 9am to find out what happened, he answered the phone informing me that he had just gotten in and would call to try to find someone to come out. Excuse me? He originally said he would personally do the work. I gave him the opportunity to make things right when he said he would call me back within a 1/2 hour. He never called. What a shame. I needed help and thought Sean would do what he said, I can understand one snafu, but it appears from the reviews of others that this is a behavioral pattern. No thanks.

UNRELIABLE & UNPROFESSIONAL! I have never experienced a customer-based business show as much neglect and disrespect. We set an appointment with them three different times this week; all three times they came hours later (9:30pm on a 11:30am promise) or never showed at all. The CEO Sean Berg looks at you in the face and tells you his team will be there, and again same results. We even fired them and they left all their equipment for days still connected rendering having another plumber come out useless. If you have serious plumbing issues and need reliability you have been advised to look elsewhere. My friends that have used them in the past have crossed them off their list for future use. I had a great experience working with Doc Joe's Rooter & Plumbing Service. I am renting out my home and of course my guest bathroom toilet had to have problems. I spoke with Bryant on the phone earlier in the day and was able to schedule a same day appointment. He was very pleasant on the phone, when I explained the issue with my toilet and described how it looked he knew exactly what was wrong with it and the type of toilet I had. Bryant arrived on-time, his customer service and sense of humor made the appointment unexpectedly pleasant. Bryant worked quickly and the replacement was done with ease. Even better, the owner Sean followed up with me after the repair. Super professional and easy to work with, couldn't be happier.

This was the worse experience ever! My house sat untouched for 8 months and it cost me $500 to get out of this contract. I will report to better business bureau. Sean is unprofessional and just wants your money. I WILL never recommend his services and if someone ask me if I know a plumber.... I will tell them DO NOT GO TO DOC JOE's.

Unprofessional. Lacks communication.

Called around 11am to make an appointment and was told he would be coming in between 12pm-2pm. Waited and never showed up.

2:00pm - No show. Called Doc Joe's and was told he was going to be right over.

2:30pm - No show. Called again to ask when he will be here, said he would be here in 20 min.

2:50pm - No show. Called Doc Joe's and now not picking up the phone.

Called several times after to cancel their service and failed to get a hold of them, only leading to their voicemail.

Almost 3:30pm and STILL not here. Absolutely no contact/phone call from them. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of their customers time.

I was stressed out because my water heater tank was leaking. I called my sister if she knows a reliable plumber, who can fix my water heater. She previously had good experience with Doc Joe's Rooter & Plumbing Service. I called them and Bryant Espinoza came over to do the free estimate. He was so professional and so easy to talk with, so I agreed for him to do the job.

Bryant came over the following day on time. He is very punctual and immediately started work to replace the water heater tank.

I am completely happy the way Bryant's work turned out. The job he did was so professional, which is I recommended him to my two sisters.

I highly recommend Doc Joe's Rooter and Plumbing Service without hesitation. They will be on top of my list for future plumbing needs.

So a lot has happened since the faucet issue at my home, and I am happy to report that Doc Joe's and Sean have come through in a big way. They contacted me to schedule a repair on the faucet. There were still a couple of scheduling issues, but they resolved the leak and didn't charge me for it.

Recently I had a puddle of water forming in our master bedroom, near the master bath and shower. Sean and his team have come in and provided excellent service in detecting the leak (from the shower) and repairing it a reasonable cost and quick turn around time. I also have an issue with our water pressure controller failing, and Sean has already given me a solid deal on that and are scheduled to install it this weak.

Doc Joe's has worked hard to repair the damage done on the first call, and I am pleased with their attention to my plumbing issues and repairs.
