Came out same day(the Saturday before Xmas), fixed clog quickly, explained issue. I thought price reasonable. Answered phone, no mess, and professional. A different drain company recommended Doc Drain because I was not in their service area. We usually DIY but this time wasn't in the cards. Worth it.

We had an interesting experience with this company. We needed a bathroom sink drain cleared, and called our plumber. He was unable to clear it, and even got his snake caught for over an hour. We contacted Doc Drain at the plumber's suggestion. They came and tried to clear the galvanized pipe, and in the failing process, left their snake jammed into the pipe. They gave up. Gave me a bill in excess of $500, BLAMING ME for having galvanized pipe and breaking their snake. So we were worse off than before they came and out $$. And the boss said he will never come back! (That was the best part of episode). Find somebody else to do your drains with competence, experience, ability to finish a job that may be challenging, and doesn't blame the client when things go wrong!!

Recently bought a house, and my drain for my shower was badly clogged. I called Doc Drains up and someone actually picked up! and they had availability for the next day. I had a problem with my sink. My husband tried fixing it for 2 weekends. Nothing. Called a plumber who gave up after 10 minutes. Called this company and they sent mike over. It was the start of Memorial Day weekend and suddenly the septic system was not working. Of course we had a house full of guests and we were going to have to tell everyone to go home. On two of the rainiest and chilliest days we had this fall, the Doc Drain crew were outside working diligently, not only snaking our drainage, but digging holes and locating our septic. They went above and beyond. They were easy to work with, reasonable, and offered very fair pricing.
