The owner of this business is unethical and does not take responsibility for damages done by their technicians. In replacing the works inside a toilet tank a Doby's technician left a water line open and running in a 2nd floor bathroom, which ran for hours before it was found and closed. The water ruined the ceiling of the floor below and damaged a first floor door beyond repair. Phone staff told me they would have to come out to see the damages, but the owner ignored many calls, eventually calling back and making an appointment, then failing to show or call. Thankfully, i had not paid them, but it will cost much more to repair the damages than the cost of their work.

By far the best plumbing service in Ashe county!! When our well pump went out, they came out quickly and had it replaced that same day! Very professional!!

Used them in August to pump our septic. First the guy ignored my directions of where the septic was and told me it wasn't there. Then told me I would be charged extra to find the septic and extra to bring equipment out to. I assured him it was where I originally told him and that I would just call someone else. They tried very hard to pay several hundred more to find the tank. I finally convinced him to try wear I originally said and he immediately found the tank, of course at this point it's pouring rain now. They finish up, give me my invoice and leave. Well when I originally chose this company there price was $50 more but the person I spoke with said it included seed and straw after they cover it so we chose to pay more than the competitor to not have to worry. Well they didn't do it, I called to pay and told them they didn't he apologized said he would get them to come back out that they must have forgotten. I was told to call back when they did, a week later nothing. Cashed again told this time he would adjust my bill and make sure I wasn't charged and call me back, this happened a few more times. I gave up and have waited for them to call, now 2.5 months later they call telling me no they don't do that even though multiple people on multiple occasions told me they did. Terrible communication terrible customer service they lie about what's included so you choose them and don't follow through. Never again will I use this company.
