Dobbels was hired by our GC for our house build. They could not understand the old farmhouse style of bathroom fixtures we wanted, and still plumbed for the traditional style causing delays.
Within a week after moving in then kitchen sink cracked, and the disposal collar started peeling. I let them slide on the sink but wanted the eye sore disposal collar replaced. Constant calls, and emails were ignored for months and months. Finally Scott stopped by to look at it and said he would look into it. He called back a month later and said the collar was not munder a warranty. Not my problem! Buy the replacement and eat the cost, that's how you honor your so called warranty. Now two years later we were having trouble with the tankless water heater. It would grown and hum and vibrate the whole house.I didn't even call Dobbels, I called a company that does warranty work on this unit. It cost me $500 because Dobbels installed the unit incorrectly and had then fresh air intake right next to the exhaust. The unit was sucking in carbon monoxide and the burner was starving for air. These stacks were supposed to be 3 feet apart. Do not hire this company.

Called Dobbels about 3 PM Monday due to a sewar line emergency. They were prompt to return my call. By the end of the day the water, gas and power companies had marked their lines and the next day Dobbles was there working. Took less than 3 hrs and they were done. I would recommend Dobbels to anyone. Great service very friendly guys.
