avoid at all cost. jake will lie to you and deceive you. he quoted a 27k job for me and never showed up. he will not communicate with you as a client. he is just a kid. he is totally unprofessional and disrespectful to the client.he would not answer his phone and he allows his voice mailbox to remain full at all times so you cannot leave a message. he hides behind his phone and will not return your calls. he likes to text lies to you instead and is full of excuses. he told me when we met in person that he would need 1 week to get started. after 8 weeks of waiting, i found someone else to do the job and i am glad i did because i saved 2k on his outrageous prices. every single time i tried to call i got a voicemail that stated that the mailbox was full and could not accept messages. telling him to get lost wound up being the only way i could get a response. he bragged about allowing his voice mailbox to remain full proudly stating that it had been that way for years. don't do it. run!!! you will be sorry.

TAKES SHORTCUTS AND IS SHADY: It starts off that he bids a job without thoroughly reading the work order. He also refuses to refer to the work order throughout the job. When you say something to him about things he does wrong then he either lies or argues with the customer. He just doesn't get it, that the final product is what the customer expects, not what is easiest for the contractor to do. The guy is arrogant. Whenever I send him a video of how I want things done he just argues that """"we know what we are doing and we don't need any videos."""" Any shortcut he can get away with that you won't see with when you are doing a cursory inspection, he will definitely take it. If you are dumb enough to use him then I suggest being on the job site the whole time to monitor. Last job I had to pay several thousand to another company to finish/fix everything after Jon refused to comeback.
