They came out and cleared my bathtub drain but charged me $425 for 1/2 hour of work. I'm still in shock. Going to BBB on this one.

Although they forgot me the first day, the day they came they were in and out in under an hour, they were neat and clean with the installation of the injector pump, I would definitely used them again.

I hired David to rod out a tree root about 50 feet in my line and then do an in camera inspection to show the tree root had been tossed and the line was now clear. I gave him my address and he rodded the neighbors next door. He did not rod out the tree root and skipped over that area in the in camera review. When I confronted him about it. He asked for more money to do a water clean out. I just feel he was not forthright.

Called the number they picked up on the 1st ring. I had a plumbing emergency and they had someone there within an hour to take a look at it. The technician was polite and explained everything to me so that I couldn't understand. The price was reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

We had an issue without toilet over flowing. We called do right Rooter a d they were courteous. Came out when they did they would and had the problem taken care of and toilet has been fine ever since.

I called Do Right Rooter for an estimate on a sewer repair. They insisted on a camera inspection which would be a $225 fee (which would have been credited if I selected their bid for the work). I informed the tech several times I would only agree to the camera inspection if I got a digital copy - he agreed and said he recorded the pipe inspection and to call the office the next day for a copy. I paid and the next day their secretary Rita was scrambling to get ahold of the video inspection from the tech. One week goes by and she finally calls back asking if I decided on the job yet. I again asked for the video of the pipe inspection - she claims they don't have it, the tech did not do it correctly, and the tech was recently fired. Waste of $225. Very unprofessional and lost my trust as a potential customer. I declined their services for that and because their tech left a mess in the basement that I had to clean up afterwards.

Not only did James (the plumber) damage my drywall but I paid 225 for him to preform a camera inspection in which he gave me AN EMPTY USB! That recording was essential for me. Horrible service. He cut a rectangle into my drywall because he dropped the sewer cap in the drywall. extremely upset. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Heard about Do Right from a friend for a water heater replacement and very pleased with the work they did. Joe was very professional and provided me all the info and answered all of my questions. Jim and Frank were super efficient and new water heater is working great! Will update this post if anything comes up but I am sure their workmanship was top notch.
