Calling a plumber is often not one of the best days of the year for anyone... We had just bought our brand new home, relatively speaking less than a year old... The less than one year old pump ejectors failed. I was so impressed with Marcus who documented all of the work for insurance purposes. I think the most important thing that we all feel at this time is that we get what we pay for no more no less! I feel like he really went above and beyond and was very reassuring. I would absolutely work with this company again. I appreciate that all the work is warranted. They were also very responsive and the team that they brought in to help us out was the most professional I have seen in the industry.

We hired do right to complete work at our home last spring. We signed a contract and paid a $10,000 deposit. Zero work was ever completed. Marcus sent out numerous subs to look at the job and no one ever did any work. Marcus then offered to give our money back and not do the work. We agreed that would be the best direction to go. He then proceeded to give us 2 $5000 checks, one post dated. We cashed the first check, and as soon as the second check was able to be cashed we proceed to deposit it. In the mean time, Marcus had put a stop payment on the check without telling us. Not only did we not get the $5000 but our bank also charged us a fee for depositing a bad check. We contacted Marcus and told him what happened and he said he would be able to pay us in weekly payments. He was late every payment. We were very patient and simply wanted communication. He blocked my phone number and proceeded to ignore me. He then said if we signed a contract to not leave a bad review on his page he would pay us the remainder of our money. The last time we spoke to him, last august, he said he would pay us once he got the money to do so. We still have not received that money. We then hired a lawyer and sued him in small claims court, where we won, and still have not received the remainder of the money owed to us. I would not recommend working with Marcus or his business.

I provided you grace in giving you time to pay it back in light of your finances, but we also agreed you would communicate with me accordingly, yet I have heard nothing from you in the month since.

Do-right plumbing did a great job fixing our shower. Mike showed up on time, was extremely polite, and fast! The scheduling team did an amazing job getting us right in. We will absolutely use this company again for any of our needs moving forward!!

Do Right saved me from a disaster -- the old water heater at my home in the North End burst, flooding the basement. Within moments of my call to them, Marcus was out there addressing the situation. I live in Tucson and wasn't on site to check on things, but Marcus did a great job communicating, putting me in touch with a company that took out the wet carpet and dried things out, and getting a new water heater in.

Despite a tough situation, I can't imagine how things could have gone any better -- with Marcus and Do Right helping, we got through everything.

I hired Do Right to do an entire residential repipe and remodel. They did an amazing job. Not only were they on time and on budget, but they kept me in the loop along the remodel process when I was living out of state.

I can't recommend Do Right enough. They might not be the cheapest option in the valley, but they do long lasting work that is very high quality. If you want to not worry about the workmanship years down the road, make Do Right your first and last call.

Do Right Plumbing was on time, friendly, professional and did an excellent job renovating our tub and shower area. They wore booties and masks because of Covid-19 and I felt that showed a great deal of respect for my home and my family. It was a very dusty demolition and they vacuumed and cleaned the entire work area and the area surrounding the work area. The cost was reasonable and I am very satisfied with the work performed. I recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber's services.

We have had Do-Right Plumbing out to our house twice in the last 3 months for separate issues and they have been extremely knowledgable, courteous and efficient. On both problems they explained what they were doing, what our options were to solving the problem and how much it would cost prior to starting any repairs. I would definitely recommend this business!
